I have questions. It’s confusing how to contact to talk to someone.
    1. What’s the smallest size we can make make.
    2. Can I use it with wet casing?
    3. Can I use it with poly tubing as a casing?
    4. What is the return policy and the warranty? Thank you for your help

Poorly designed Chinese product relabeled with the Walton brand. Had very high hopes and was left disappointed upon testing this linker that I had much better success tying sausages manually. You set the the tension to "tight" and it breaks the hog casing two times out of ten. So what exactly is the point of this machine when it's supposed to speed
    up the process?
