    How about stuff that Dan fichter does like depth drops, oscillating isometrics, and loaded isometrics on top of sprinting

      I would say our plyos and strength work is a bit more conventional? Not a depth drop fan unless it's really well controlled. We do a bit of iso work but, it's not a huge part of what we do.

      Adding stuff is always tough for us. We only have 60 minutes, often only two times a week. @@jfitness432

      Do you have a suggested age when to start implementing speed work for athletes? Is middle school to young?

      When you have finished the full cycle ,what sprint programme would you implement then
