      Watch again from 16:48 - 16:54. the old bag got in the way of the soldier from doing his job and refused to move and even reached over to pet the horse while he was trying to work.so, he inched passed her to get to the other side of the horse ,but before all of that she wouldn't move out of the way so he can get to the horse to work.so, he moved her out of the way ,but she still continued to be rude by doing what i said in the beginning of my comment.!! so, from now on , when you watch a video, actually open your eyes and pay attention

      When two of the military personnel are interacting to either check the horse or to give one of the regular reports it's simply respectful to wait until they're finished before barging in-between them. If one arrives after you've approached the horse it's respectful to move back and wait for them to conduct their business. The public can observe but they can't obstruct and that's what they're doing. I swear that some of these tourists see our military as being equivalent to service workers and there for their own benefit and convenience.
