- Traffic Urban travels to land far far away! At the Octo Bus Meet, I was told 272 buses were in attendance! Wow. It was great to see all my friends Old & New.

Hi Larry. OCTO is a bucket list 📃 📃 thing for me! I'm thankful that you bring a bit these things to those of us who aren't able to be there. I was hoping to see that pre 58 Binz crew cab though. I really liked the s.w.r. crew cab, simply magnificent! Ya know, I look at all the patina busses & trucks, your bus is stand out in that crowd of cool Vee Dubs, a lot of neat stuff with your ride! The June OCTO is going to be a very good event. A huge amount of pre-55 Barndoors, “The Line-Up”. The VW shows are a great filler! Glad you enjoyed the video 🙂

Wow, these meets have really gotten bigger over the years. That's a lot of buses! And I like some of your cinematic shots, like down low walking around the single cab. Very cool!
Hey Kevin, Lots of low shots... 🙂 Arthritis in my shoulders had me sticking on the lower video shots for this one.
@@VintageOverlandAdventures Ouch, sorry to hear that. I've had issues in my right knee; arthroscopic surgery back in 2020. Luckily that took care of most of it, but it's still arthritic. It aches when there's a low pressure system incoming.
Next time get some overhead footage from the PUP! I would love to have seen the overall layout. I miss going to these meets. It's been a long time.

So many killer buses, these videos really make me miss the ones I’ve owned over the years! Thanks for taking the time to capture them all for us. 🙏
The traffic was heavy, But we made it! My nerves were shot. I think it’s been 6 years for me. 😬 Lot of rare VW Bus at the OCTO meets, you should take Luke to a meet and make a morning of it! Lots of puppies 🐶
@@VintageOverlandAdventures I had planned on going but the day came and went and I missed it! Being semi-retired I loose track of dates, ha! (Even what day of the week it is, yikes!)
