I loved watching the Man Vs Food show… was definitely my first intro to food challenges & competitive eating - he really paved the way for it to become more popular/ mainstream.

Well done Max! Firstly, I can understand your slight frustration when people call you "professional". To be totally objective, I think the word "professional" can mean 2 different things:
1. You do it full time and are sponsored. Those that know you, know this is not the case and you do it in your spare time, just like a hobby.
2. You damn good at it thus you are a "professional". This is where the truth sits. You are one of the best competitive eaters in the UK. Adam from BMF ranks world 17 but only because he got onto the MLE leader board. I think you could take that crown very easily.
The challenge itself was epic! A wing is never just a wing and from what I saw, some of those "wings" looked like a quarter of a whole chicken.

Percy was not messing around when he took his rings off! You both did amazing and I think i would do Franks although i find it can get a little salty after a while.

Awesome job Max! I love wings, especially honey garlic but I think they would be too sweet for a big challenge so I'd have to add a whisky bbq as well. Percy was a character and ate a lot for not being a competitive eater!

Scoping out your video. I've never done an eating competition. I'm a big wings guy and they just opened a branch near me. Very tempted to try. I think I'll start with a 10 wing portion to gauge what I can do.

A wing place in Maine does a KGB wing sauce that’s a thick creamy jalapeño pesto aioli type sauce - to die for!! Mango Habanero is another favoring sauce … you can’t dis the traditional Buffalo wing sauce tho ❤
