Thank you for this recipe. My muffins came out so soft with that slight crunch to the top of them. I put chocolate chips in half of the batch. It smelled so good while they were baking. The family enjoyed. Sorry this was supposed to be for the muffins recipe. My bad. It still applies. I kind of used a little of both recipes.
