- disclaimer: this is just what i personally think they'd sound like, if you disagree: that's okay! i also know this is not every classic sonic character w/o a voice; i just chose some of the most iconic ones to ease the workload
okay so notes
- i didn't include bark because he's implied to be mute, so i felt it would be inappropriate to give him a voice claim
- i included trip because why not; i know she's not technically a classic character but 🤷
- i understand that because of how like aging works my casting for ray wouldn't really be possible now and that's fine, this is all just for fun!
also for any disney nerds out there, i am aware that one of the lines i used for fang is from mickey mouse works, i wanted to write that in, but it wouldn't fit nicely lol so i just left it as house of mouse, sorry! - Zábava

These voices are literally perfect to contrast with their personalities and designs, especially Fang and Trip in my opinion.
You mean compliment their personalities and designs? Contrast means they are the opposite of what would actually fit.

Fang's doesn't sound bad to me, but thanks to Archie I always had it in my head that he had an Australian accent.

Max's performance as Itto just SCREAMS a mix of Sonic and Knuckle's energy, which looks perfect for Mighty. Also Maurice as Fang is just great for his cocky and smooth attitude.

I mean, mighty is supposed to be strong, but in knuckles chaotix, he was portrayed as fast, so it makes sense his voice screams sonic and knuckles
That Fang voice works REALLY well, though for the longest time now I've imagined him being voiced by Steve Buscemi and I still can't get that out of my head.

I personally imagine Fang would sound something like a cocky high schooler. Like he acts like this tough criminal but he freaks out when he catches on fire and stuff like that so it could fit.
I personally gravitate towards KaiserNeko as Fang. I heard him do an Archie fandub once and it was perfect.
I honestly think that Fang would have an Australian Accent.

Ok why do these fit so well? Mighty and ray are like brothers, Fang sounds like a shady dealer because yeah. Bean.....basically fits because he and BILL CIPHER are on same levels of coo coo, I say that because Alex Hirsch voices bill(the Fang part fits so well). Honey sounding like a business women fits. And trip sounds adorable. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ANIMATE THIS PLEASE.

Nah, every single one of these is perfect. That's really impressive how well each voice captures the characters and if they could be given the right lines, I'd no doubt fall in love with an animated series of these guys.

Mighty - Despite Sonic not getting Max, would be nice to see him get this role
Ray - While Issac may be older now, would be nice to hear him try taking on Ray.
Fang - I can hear Sonic making fun of Fang saying "Ha Cha Cha", and it'd be a glorious chat to hear from Roger & Maurice. (assuming we're putting this into modern terms)
Bean - A 2D Eldrich Being to a smol Titan to a dynamite duck... yeah, sounds about right for Hirsch.
Honey - I just looked this up... she also voices POMNI... Now I'm interested.
Trip - I haven't heard of Christine's work... but it sounds VERY promising

I always pictured Ray having a similar voice to Tails from the Sonic OVA, but all the other voices fit perfectly! You should the characters from the IDW and Archie comics.

This is actually interesting, although Mighty and Ray never got official voice actors. I seem to picture Mighty being voiced by Vincent Tong (as Knuckles’ shatterverse counterparts) or Ryan Drummond (mixing Shadow & Sonic’s voice) since those two are fitting for character.
Good choice with Honey and Ray although I do sometimes picture Ray almost sounding like a blend between Bart and Nelson.
Perfect! The only one I don’t really agree with is trip’s voice but still those are some great picks.

Holy heck this is amazing! Bean is perfect! I always thought of fang to have some sort of Aussie or Cowboy voice, but I really like this, he sounds a bit old though. Ray sounds like Ash Ketchum.

I still wish to this day, that we got a classic sonic tv series that followed the games.
I'm talking no slient characters, no crazy new places and not focused on 1 game like mania. But one that goes from sonic 1 to superstars.
It can still have it's own story but mostly focused on the games and/or it's locations.

I think almost everyone here was perfect! I’d only change Ray. I imagine him to sound more like a “higher pitch” Sonic the way Mighty here sounds like a deeper version of him. I think it’s more fitting to depict him as a fun-loving kid, but not exactly a child.

I like to voice Mighty with a thick, goofy Texan accent. I know it’s a little predictable since he’s an armadillo, but It’s funny to think that Mighty has a really different voice compared to Sonic or Knux. I still like these voices a lot!
