I don't give people gifts for good service, I pay them tips. A gift from me isn't attached to whether or not someone does a service for me.
Try getting credit or purchasing something with $3.00 an hour reported earnings.
Also, most of the people who work for the least amount of money are who need tax dollars in a crisis situation because they're not fully insured and they don't have savings. So, they need to pay taxes on all of their income just like me.
