- Newegg sells a lot of ABS prebuilt computers and today we got to take a look at one with an Intel i5 13400F and a RTX 4060 Ti that is actually a good price! This system is great for 1080P and even 1440P gaming.

For $900, I would have liked VRM Heatsinks on my mobo...
Yeah same.
Bought a abs a few months ago got 13th gen i5 and 4070 with ddr5 32gb for 1100 dollars. Worth every penny
in the reviews there are people complaining about cooling issues. Do you have anything wrong with your PC?
I own this same PC, and honestly its really good for the price. This RGB fans can sync with MSI software which is a bonus.
$900 is cheap? i wish. i want a pc in general
Solid prebuilt but vrms and stock cooler leaves a lot to ve desired
It's not the stock cooler. It has an 120mm ABS branded RGB cooler. Nothing crazy, but better than stock and more than enough for a 13400F
What's wrong with the VRMs?
An i5-13400 is not a heavy load, so a low power capable board would be fine. The downdraft CPU cooler here, also helps cooling the VRMs, so I would not be surprised if this config could handle an i7-13700 without any thermal problems.

how they casually say $ 925 is cheap .. lol
for pc gaming that is cheap
@@TavoCertified no it isnt, you can get a nice optiplex office pc, tower or sff for pretty cheap, and gpus that dont have a plugin and only take the 75 watts from the pcie slot are slammin these days, 300 i think is a good build
@brennenraines51 it's really cheap for a fairly good gaming PC, atleast for playing more intensive games like Beamng Drive
@@SloveniaMapping if you dont have the resources to find deals or dont like headaches then yeah its good, a 900 dollar pc is really good, im saying dont really call it cheap you can still do alot with 900 and i know that you can get a decent one for 650 or less if your patient, i feel like the optiplex rout is still good even now, more and more i realize that most AAA games are garbage, no reason in the world to spend 900 to play the new cod, none, buy a console and spend the rest on tacos or something, you will enjoy it more
Was waiting for this I got this pc for Easter and it’s insane
idgaf what the people say, I still almost exclusively buy my parts on Newegg and have for 20 years. I still shop around but 9/10 they have the better price on something new that will get delivered in the next couple days, and their customer service has always been stellar even to the point where they've let me keep parts ordered on accident with a refund lol. They're not as ahead of the pack as they were back then, so some stuff is gonna get bought on amazon or through other sellers-- but I'm always going to check there first.
I'm building my own for the enjoyment of the process and to know that everything is tight.
If I had the budget I'd definitely consider it. Clearly the dollar value is mostly there (looking at you 4060ti)... I wonder if the have a similar AMD-based system? Also, would happily pay a bit less for a no RGB version.
When did $900 become cheap? I know. Get off my lawn.
When talking price to performance, just depends
For a 4060 Ti prebuilt it's not awful but I have seen them as low as $800
that’s why the used market sometimes is the better choice if you know what you’re doing.
Are those $900 cheap PCs on your lawn too? It may be reasonable, but when $600 buys you something that will play anything, $900 isn't cheap. I will get back to screaming at clouds now.
@@cecilb7927 agreed.
no heatsinks on mobo or nvme is a little... eh
but at least we have a top-down cooler giving those components airflow
Lian li has some rebranded Sama cases. So what you probably have is a Sama case and psu combo sold in bulk to newegg
I love your videos but we REALLY need more benchmarks than one or two games to really get a grasp of what we're getting ourselves into 😅😅
Cyberpunkt 2077 would be nice. Ghost of T is out on pc now. That would be a good one to try. ABS doesn't do proprietary stuff. I have one.
@@ANGRYWOLVERINE2060-ft2nc We did benchmark cyberpunk, we always test more demanding games at the end of the video.
@@ToastyBros like roblox
I suggest rainbow six siege
Are you able to start putting overwatch 2 in the benchmarks again? Thanks!
would you guys be able to start testing rainbow six siege in some up coming vids for benchmarks because im wanting to build a pc in the coming months and thats my main game
Please test the Battlefield 2042 , 128players in your game benchmarks. Thank you!
Hey toasty bros, i have a question, I’m trying to buy a prebuilt pc for under $1000, do you have any suggestions?
My friend got the ddr5 version for 1,099 it’s a option you can change in the newegg listing
Is there a cheap/inexpensive mini pc that will boot relatively quickly and play League of Legends? What are your picks for that?
$950 is So CHEAP now?
nah. it’s cheap cause the price should’ve been wayy higher so meaning they should’ve paid more money for that pc
@@uh.5590 really, you think you need to define the word cheap?? wow the level of density here.
@@iceman125971 not really cheap, at that price just build a pc urself with prob a 12600kf and a 6750 xt that will destroy that 4060
@@iceman125971 Also they shouldn't be so excited when a 4060 ti prebuilt is priced at 900 usd, its not like 900 usd is a once in a lifetime price. If they saw a 12600kf + 4070 super build at that price, thats when they can say that its so cheap
Dude a 4060 ti is better then a 6750 xt @rtx3060g6
I wouldn't buy from PC Bros for Jackson and Matty... but for Jonah and his curly locks? Absolutely.
Hey as long as granny buys it for you for your bday, all good.
Can you help me build a PC + white monitors for under 1000 dollars?😊
Anyone know if they are using a third party CPU socket bracket thing?
Hey toasty bros there's a Lenovo thinkstation p340 tower workstation I don't know if y'all know it existed but it looks promising
I just built a pc with 4060, i7-12700k, 32gb DDR5 6400, AIO cooler, 8 fans with controller for $800 usd. Newegg used to be good when they sold their barebones gaming pc kits. At the time, it would have Cheap Case, decent PSU, good Ram, decent cooler, AMD/AMD GPU/CPU or Intel/Nvida CPU/GPU, all at a low price. most were from $400-$700. Now they are just like everyone else.
What would be the upgrade path for a pc like this ?
It's pretty simple to figure that out. Start with the motherboard, since its a 13th gen cpu. it uses the LGA 1700 socket, therefor you could use any cpu that fits that. 12th and13th gen intel cpu's. If you want to get a 14th gen or higher when they come out, you would need a new motherboard. (Think roughly $80-$350 depending on what you want from it.) Upgrade the cpu to a better one like the i7-13700k or overkill i9-13900k. For ram, you can't really upgrade much since the motherboard supports ddr4. You could increase the amount or speed if that motherboard even supports it. Or you could buy a new motherboard and ram. but at that point you have a new motherboard, ram, cpu, your basically building a second computer now. Then you could upgrade the GPU to any that you want really. But probably best to wait for the 50 series to come out later this year/early next year. I wouldn't recommend buying this pc over building your own unless you don't know how, this guy is just shilling his affiliate link.
Wait..what the hell was the name on that box?!?!
They are selling it as a hard combo with the 4060TI which is the most easily swappable item because they are using it as a vehicle to run through inventory people aren't buying on its own. This could be a $529 PC with your choice of GPU as the option on the order screen.
building it myself is part of the fun.
Funny how some people haven’t heard of the recession or the layoffs?
What games have y’all been playing lately ? What do yall enjoy playing ? Does constantly building PC take some of the fun out of gaming
How does this build compare to a build like an i9 9900k w a 2080ti 🤔 ?
2080 ti is better
how many frames can this pc run?
I've seen Lenovo sell something similar for 775 the loq
Laptop GPUs and CPUs are not comparable to desktop parts. They run hotter and are weaker most of the time
Isn’t Zyklon the gas… nevermind.
exactly my thoughts...not a good name choice
Came here to say that. Massive branding mistake.
Will say though, without peripherals you could build a faster computer for $100-200 less. this isn't that greta of a build. the 4060 ti is lukewarm mids compared to the 3080 ti or the RX 6/7xxx (xt or non) series and it costs almost the same or more. That i5 costs significantly more than the faster AMD equivalent and the MOBO is a bit overkill. Still a good computer, but $900 is eh.
Zyklon? not a good name...someone didn't think that through.
This was my initial reaction as well.
Horrible name
I’m getting an abs 4060ti and 14700f pc
im getting the same one, have you got it yet?? And how is it, cuz in the reviews they are talking about cooling issues, I'm rlly worried
I was on the website today I was actually thinking about getting that same PC but I'm going to have one built by my son and I already created a list I'll talk to you when I get paid tomorrow I'm going to purchase the items $1,500
I'm so happy I built myself. I stumbled into some stupid deals during Thanksgiving / Black Friday /Cyber Monday. The sweet deals on the PC I was going to build went away, and were transferred to slight upgrades that the cost increase was negligible. Went from a 13400 to a 13600k and a B760 to a Z790 for less than $50 total after the updated pricing TWO days later. Reused some old parts, planned upgrade path. "No Ragerts"
Nice. So what are the stats you have now?

When I got my PC the motherboard was a biostar A320MH. Horrible
id rather hunt for used parts for good prices to build a decent PC. I like the challenge. That's me though. Another great video. Keep it up please. Ryzen 5 5600x RX6600 here.
Something Wrong With The Finals..Cpu bottleneck also I have 13400F + 5600Xt the same settings getting 140-120 fps
I may be ignorant but why don’t we see the more demanding titles played here? I’d like to see you guys playing something other than e sports
Price to performance!!!
I'd buy that PC. But my current PC still works for what I want. $900 doesn't necessarily sound cheap, but for what you get I'd say it's a good deal. EDIT: actually I just read some reviews on neweeg. This machine has a problem with random crashing during gaming for some people. I'd probably give it a pass, since the whole point of a pre build for me is to avoid headache and heartache.
If you want a prebuilt like this get the zotac Mek hero. 4060ti r5 7600 and 240mm aio 16gb of ddr5 for only 100 dollars more
My guess is the 4060Ti is the 8GB model
Getting car sick with the camera moving in, out and all about. Put it on a tripod.
Hi, Toasty Bros!
The cpu gpu combo has a bottleneck of 7.4% the i5 13400f cpu would work better with an rtx 4060, 3060 ti or 2080 super...
Isn't anyone building Gaming Systems WITHOUT RGB?
Do you have to return the PC? If not then this is a sponsored video as they've paid you with near a $1000 worth of product?
For a vast majority of viewers, this isn't relevant.
Is this PC good for the money? Yes.
Can you build your own similar system for around the same price? Yes.
@@Jeff.78 I think that it is important to mention. It's like the tech reviewers who claim they've received no compensation for the review from a company, despite that company flying them out to places, paying for the accommodation, and free food and drink at top restaurants.
So if they get to keep this PC they have been compensated for the review.
@@Jeff.78 Of course it is important. If they get to keep the PC then they have been paid with goods rather than cash. That way they have been paid to make the video.
It's like many tech reviewers who claim that they've received no compensation for a review at the end of a video, all after showing the free flights, hotel, food and drink, that the company paid for.
Ok, ngl this is a rippoff. Maybe as prebuilt its 'okay' but i personally would go all amd r7 7700, budget 650 mobo and 6800xt.

I'll let you in on a little secret how these big marketplaces operate with their pre-builts to fake you into thinking you're getting a good deal.
So
1. They have some parts lying around that nobody is buying. Some no-name PSU's, some cheap mobos. They raise the price on them on their website. By a little. It doesn't affect sales in any way, if sales are 0 to begin with.
2. They build a PC with those "undesirable" parts + a few more cheap mainstream parts, which they have plenty in stock.
3. Now when you compare the price of the PC versus the price on THEIR website for those parts ... it looks like it's a better deal. In reality, they're selling you a 700$ PC for 900$.
If you were to look around, you could actually build that PC for less, especially if you are NewEgg and you buy in Bulk. So, yeah. There's hefty margins to be had on those systems. Also ... even if the margins are low, at least they get rid of some rotting inventory
Is gvgmall and cdkeys pirating window keys and games?
No
afik, no
better than toasty ,newegg the mvp
I want bettee pc
You can build a better pc for the same price
i5 for 950 dollars 😅
Is he talking about the 500 version or the 800 dollar
For 900 I could damn near get a whole console setup💀🙏
And when the next one came out you'd have to do it all over again instead of occasionally adding new parts, every 5-10 years. With way fewer options in what you can play.
it's like 90% rebranded parts

Day 43 of asking for a gaming pc
The problems with 4000 series gpus are purely the fault of the crappy company Nvidia, they don't care about the gaming segment anymore and just cut any and all corners they can. I seriously don't know why they bother to produce gaming GPUs anymore. If this is the result of their "efforts", we don't need them.
