    Wow! Can’t believe you had to experience that. I’m 32 weeks now and feel the same way kinda, I just don’t feel a connection with the doctors I see. I also feel rushed during my visits, like they literally come in listen to the heartbeat, measure my belly, ask if i have any questions and then say okay see you in 2 weeks lol, and I’m like “what the hec??, like that’s it??” This is my first pregnancy so i don’t know what to expect and just would like to have had a doctor that was more in tuned and conversated with me, and made me feel more comfortable. I only have a few weeks left so I’m just going to stick it out and change doctors with my next pregnancy for sure!

      I completely understand!!! It’s so hard to explain how you feel as a new mom. But like you said, you are almost there! 🙌🏾 And to be honest, in hindsight, it didn’t matter for me. My doctor was on vacation when I went into labor. 🤦🏽‍♀️ You got this!! It’s going to go smooth for you!

      But if you don't have questions and things to talk about then there's no need to just sit there and waste time. They have other patients and as for me I have things to do so I dont mind the short visits. As long as they are warm and welcoming.

    Wow...I'm having the same situation and I'm 31weeks & 4 days today. I change from a regular doctor to a Midwife. I felt like no one was on the same page with my Info. No one reported the Important Information til It was to late. Then I'm high risk and they never assigned me a high risk Doctor. I would complain of pain then diagnosed my symptoms then they would agree,but tell me just let a few days past then will solve the problem after we're 100% sure. I'm praying the Midwive Is the better bet or I guess the Father,Son and Holy Spirit will be delivering this baby...🤰🙏🤱! Thank for the encouraging video because I consider going back today since my new appointment is not until Thursday but this help to push me.

    WOW!!! I'm currently 32 weeks and I dread going to my mid-wife appointments for this same reason, I thought I was doing something good by going with a mid-wife instead of an OB but its no better. I rarely get to see my midwife, its always someone different, i feel like I'm treated as if I've had 3 other children prior but this is my FIRST one and I'm so clueless! I'm herded in like cattle and it really bothers me. You've given me courage to start looking for a new doctor for these last 7 weeks.

      @HealthyKyla  Před 5 lety +1

      Oh no!! Yes, that feeling that you are wasting time with “silly” question or assumptions that you should know certain things. It is definitely difficult. I’m praying you get to the finish line in peace! You are almost there mama!

    I’ve been feeling the same way. I’m in my 2nd trimester (25 weeks) and I feel as if my OB is failing me. 😢 maybe I need to change mine now considering this pandemic. I need to feel cared for.
