I am not a big pepper fan but it's looking real good. You worked so hard grating the mangoes, you can also use the food processor to do it. I have never had a raw mango achar only the cooked one where they bhunjay the massala,garlic, pepper massala then add the mango..but I am not fancy it because of peppers. Hi Brother. You out did yourself with this recipe. That’s exactly how my Mom used to grate the mangoes. Regarding the Amchar masala, it’s just a short cut way from doing the actual work. Again we used to prepare our own spices. But things are done differently. But you Guys did really good. Maybe next summer you can parched a set of spices for this purpose. We love your videos! 🙏
