Wow...thank you for this refreshing memory! I remembered my first day as well on 1 October 2003 at Montefiore Hall N234 Wessex Lane. It was really great and wonderful experince and that made me return for a PhD at NOCS later. Hope you get time to walk around NOCS...many from Highfield Seldom do. Well done!

Great video! I’d really recommend a matte screen protector for your iPad if you’re going to be taking lots of notes. I’m using my iPad for all my a level notes and the matte protector makes it so much nicer to write on. You can get them pretty cheap on Amazon :)

What campus are you on? I’ve applied for french and it says Avenue but idk if Lectures and stuff are on different campuses? X
So far this year I’ve been on the main campus (Highfield) because of Covid, but since I’m a languages student I would usually be on Avenue :) xx

Have a confirmed place at Southampton for French and Linguistics after dropping out of imperial college doing biochemistry. If you see this comment what do you think of the languages department? Are they quite well run from what you've seen?

How many people live in your accommodation and how many boys and girl are there in general 💖💖
In my flat there are 7 of us, 5 boys & 2 girls, but it varies in different accommodations, and I think most people tend to have a more even balance of boys and girls xx
