I love this song because the lyrics plus her movements reflect the agony inside of you when you have your heart broken into a thousand pieces. Been there, felt the urge to just move, beat myself against the walls, and rip my hair off, but nothing brings you comfort. That's how I see at least. And here I am again, hoping she'll save me, like many times before.
If someone breaks yo heart you always got to remind yourself that you been doing good without knowing their existence. 😂

I remember loving Gaga but always wishing for a more acoustic-ish album and when Joanne came out I nearly fainted. This right here is one of her strongest songs imo, turning pain into energy. Being someone who once loved a person with a narcicisstic PD (diagnosed, I just didn't know what that meant 13 years ago), the lyrics always felt close to home and the tears I've shed a hundred times to this jam are always in this feeling of "letting hurt go". It’s a shame that this brilliant song wasn’t really appreciated for what it was. I thought the accompanying video was beautiful. Gaga was stripped back. No OTT costumes, no perfectly timed and executed choreography with a troop of dancers behind her. Just Gaga in the desert, cut off shorts and basic t.shirt. Hair scraped back into a messy ponytail with Gaga dancing like a woman possessed. I love love love this. It’s a 👍🏼from me.

Using dislikes on a music video on CZcams isn't really an accurate indicator of whether people are "over her". Compared to other videos from Popstars, such as Rise for example; which has 46k dislikes. Through your logic is it acceptable to go off on that "a whole lot of people are over her and her crap". When the reality is, no they aren't.

You know, I think that her decision to start wearing regular clothes is actually quite brilliant. She is already well known for outrageous fashion so for her to wear the typical jeans and t-shirt is an outrageous costume because it's not the expected Gaga craziness, thus still making it Gaga craziness. U can't just generalize a whole genre as generic just bc u don't like it (I'm assuming, people usually have a perceived negative reaction to something/feel strongly about something bc they don't like it). If you're argument is that it sounds just like all other pop songs, u can say that about any other genre (all rock songs sound the same they all have guitars and drums, all edm songs are the same they all have a buildup and the beat drops, etc) so there is no difference. If u point out that there is a difference and u can clearly state it between two songs in the same genre, then u just answered urself on why this song is not generic if u can logically connect the dots.

First of all, Let me just say that I am honored to be living in the same time era as Lady Gaga... This woman.. She changed the world forever. She never stopped fighting for us, she's incredible. If you don't think Lady Gaga is one of the most iconic, legendary, talented people to have ever lived then I'm sorry, but you are an idiot. At the peak of her career she decided to release an album called 'Born This Way'. Never did an artist this big talked about LGBTQ+ rights so out there. She risked her entire career because she knew the world had to change. I am inspired by her every single day of my life, I am not ashamed that I cry because sometimes her actions are so beautiful. Her music is beautiful, her art is beautiful, she is beautiful. Never in a million years will we have someone like her again. She was sent to earth on a mission to help others. Donde, el público bailaba, cantaba sus canciones. Después vino la traición por parte de personas muy cercanas a ellas y muchos que decían ser sus "superfans" la abandonaron (era Artpop) y despierta en medio del desierto para darse cuenta que "la perfecta ilusión" desapareció. Es por eso que "no fue amor..." Excelente el significado del vídeo con la canción. Creo que no ven esa perspectiva,por eso, no les gusto a muchos. Sin embargo, a mí me fascino completamente. See, you don't understand...I don't want Gaga to make the kind of music that sounds like the nonsense that's topping charts or follow what everyone's doing. I want her to put out awesome music. Music that's beyond what's popular. And that's what she's doing here. Do I want her to be number 1? Yes. But the best music is usually not popular, just awesome. And I'm loving this. That's what music is about for me. Not what sells the most or gets the most views. I want diversity and longevity.
