I cried for the entire 33 minutes the first time I listened, and somehow plenty of them were tears of joy. I didn't even know I could feel this way. Also, Letter From Death Row fucked me up almost as much First Day of the End of My Life on the first listen. Your music is incredible and I'm so very grateful to get to listen to it. Thank you for this, Danny. It truly is something special.

Your music has been my shinning beacon in one of the most unforgivingly tumultuous years in my life. I lost my oldest friend in June last year, lost a romantic relationship with someone who was my everything, and finally lost my best friend and brother in February. I am used to being melancholy and low. But how much I can relate to the lyrics. Are one of the few things responsible, for me breathing. Let alone continuing to fight. I was at my absolute fucking breaking point of ending the breathless struggle of loss. Between that and your message and delivery. I'm here and far from where I was.

I showed this to my grandparents, and they said it sounds like something a serial killer would listen to. To me, this is the best album to come out this year. I don't even usually listen to this style, but holy shit man. This is something special

So many new favourites on this album, vocals have come such a long way, the whole thing feels cohesive and such a beautiful expression of growth and truth as an artist. I can see the surety and constraint within the expressions, and I love that. Drop for Every Hour, Different Anymore, and Small Stone have feel feelin' a certain kinda way I must say. I'm so happy this is finally out

Wonderful, truly wonderful. His songs speak a truth I share, deep inside of me, but never realized I needed to say out loud, not that I had the lyrical talent to do it.
I know I will cry more than a little as soon as the vinyl will start spinning and Danny's voice will come out of my headphones.
This whole album is an absolute masterpiece, but Murder at the Bingo Hall is just incredible! Also Quiet as a Rat has a huge Tom Waits feel and I love it.
So happy rn, ears are blessed with this mans new music again. Can’t wait to get the vinyl.

As if your stories and their presentation weren't fantastic enough, the emotion from your voice is more than words can say.
Great album start to finish. My favorite track is still Another Man's Grave though.
Another Man's grave and Letters from deathrow are by far my two favorites off this album. All of them are are great but, for me songs like those two with just an acoustic guitar and a voice just hit me harder. I can just feel/relate to those without the extra instruments or having the sound of a specific genre.
Your music has been going excellently since I first found it about 9 years ago, keep up the great work!

Wow... Letter From Death Row... What a fantastic song. There ain't too many songs that make me tear up but this is one of them. The only other one off the top of my head is Cocaine and Able. You're music is very powerful. Even though you'll never see this, thank you for everything. I'm truly grateful for this all just like I'm sure everyone else is.

Today I bought this album from Bandcamp and put it on my phone and added it to my Amigo playlist. I walked around the city for a few hours and let the album sink in! I love it so much! It's so hard to choose my favourite but I'm going to say my stand-out track is Another Man's Grave!

The night of one of your concerts, was the day my and ex and I started dating. You took a picture with us and my signed ATD flag. From then, your music has gotten me through our best times. The time we became addicts. My recovery. Her lack of recovery.. us splitting up.. my continued recovery and finding and loving myself again. The first song on this album had me in tears. Different Anymore absolutely wrecks me every time I hear it.

Edit: I've already listened to this album more times than I can count. Still brilliant. All the way from 'Small' to 'need', the whole album is a masterpiece. A Peas de Resit tents. It's just the bees knees. So Amigo. Every track, I can't listen to one track, cause then I have to listen to all of them, and it becomes this big thing. Danny, good job harnessing the angsty zeitgeist of Coronavirus, and turning it into a work of art that so many will remember till death. It, you, all of us, burned into our retinas. You know what I mean? Does that make sense? Right, see, this is why YOU'RE the lyricist, and I draw right angles.
