I don’t have the property for a horse but I do go out to a farm to for horseback riding. Started about a month ago. The teachers allow brushing, feeding, hoof cleaning and let you put the tack on your horse so I get to see some of the work but not nearly what the owners are in for.
When I told my friends that I was riding, the first thing that came to their mind was trail rides. My father assumed I was playing an online horse game and it was in my head and my mother thought I just stood next to the horse to take pictures. My grandma believes I’m throwing money into a bon fire for fuel.

I have to admit, that is one calm horse. For those that don't know, often horses freak out when you rattle a trash bag in front of them. I have often seen horses that were hard to load into a trailer, but they hop right in if you rattle a trash bag behind them.
