Today I decided to drive without a destination or sense of direction. I followed the flow of traffic, lost and in tears. I came upon New Hope Baptist Church in League City, Texas. I really do believe the Lord put this message in Jackie’s heart for everyone (because even those who aren’t hurting atm can take something from it) but especially those of us who are suffering and needed a comforting word to keep enduring. I pray for you as well, that Gods will be done on your life, whether its the Lord opening your womb or the Lord blessing you in a different kind of way, that you see His goodness in the midst of it, even right now when it’s hard and it doesn’t make much sense.

Went to Glory KC and heard this message a few months after being diagnosed with infertility. I’ve only gotten worse and worse news since then, doctors are telling me I cannot get pregnant naturally, I need to use IUI or IVF. I've always wondered about what is the difference between teaching and preaching, I still don't understand. Many times I have heard from people older than me (I'm in my 40's now) that women should not be allowed to preach but when I ask questions I get told off. I just want to know and understand what is the difference, so that I can make my own mind up. In the Bible it talks about testing everything to be sure it's from God. I don't understand why people get upset at me for asking questions. It's usually older people and older men in particular. I'm the sort of person who has questions like where in the bible does it say anything about the social or religious traditions or laws that exist in the different denominations or religions that have Christian roots? A women shouldn’t be a pastor of a church that’s not her job. It’s not for a women to preach to saved men lest you be like eve…. If a woman is saved and preached to class of women or children or boys under adulthood that’s one thing but God gave men authority over women because they needed a covering!!
Hi. I have heard Jackie speak a few times and she has said that she is not a preacher. When she does “teach”, it’s at women’s conferences like Glory. Men may show up, but they are intended and catered towards women. 1 Corinthians 14:33 tells us that women aren’t to be preachers and the book of Titus also tells us how the church is to be set up and/or structured.

I am blessed to have children. My cousin and his wife struggled for many years and my sister as well... God did finally deliver...and I'm talking 15 year wait. I feel for those that cannot have a baby. Keep praying if it is meant to be it will be.

Suffering I stepped on a nail today. I was in pain and suffered temporarily. My spirit was touched throughout this video yet 49 minutes into the video and at one hour my spirit leaped. Let me know when listening if it does the same for you? The suffering of the present time was for a brief moment. When I stepped on the mail called out Jesus and then thanked the lord that my dog who was next to the mail hadn’t stepped on it❤ Thank you Jesus for looking out for all of us even the animals❤who may not speak and communicate with our voice yet have powerful spirits.
HUGE Sidenote (please forgive me): It just occurred to me HOW MUCH God's people's keeps turning to Egypt for solutions, safety, security... Instead of the Lord. And there's no honesty or respect or consideration of these Egyptians as people and the impact of these godly people's ungodly decisions on them. Even to this day, when WE as God's people have expectations from the Lord, and we try to secure them (our positions or expectations) ourselves, we usually don't consider the personhood of the people we involved or use to get there. We focus on our needs or our great moments of faith, but we don't acknowledge our sin, or that we involve others in our sin and that we endanger them and drive them away from where they should encounter the Lord Almighty. Hagar separated herself from God's people. Pharoah had to separate himself from Abram and Sarai. It's wonderful that regardless of what the people of God did, the LORD intervenes to set things right (in particular where women weren't protected). Lord communicated to Hagar - not his people. He gave her a hope and a future, a reassurance and promise. God made Abram's sin known to Pharoah, not Abram or Sarai. The Lord exposed their lie. The Lord did that to save the ones who had been subjected to the sins of others. I love how Jackie talked about Jesus on the cross, how the Son of God submitted to suffering... that was for our sins - the sins of others, not any he had committed. Our sins were put on him. He not only took OUR sins, but the sins of others put on us, on our bodies and souls, too - trespasses against us like trespasses against him. There is redemption. He meets us with redemption in suffering. I had never thought about, until this sermon, Jesus's body being violated. His nakedness exposed to the world on top of being disfigured. The disdain showed to him to have his nakedness exposed. When a woman was caught in adultery (Guess the man was too quick to get away cause he wasn't "caught"), I don't know if they brought her to Jesus with clothes or not. Presumably not, but Jesus averted his eyes. While they heaped shame onto her, he didn't look. He focused on the words He was writing in the same earth He used to create humankind. He didn't look upon her nakedness. He didn't look at or address her until he was covering her with grace and forgiveness. Jesus was the same way with the "sinful woman" who washed Jesus' feet with her tears. He didn't look at her until he was forgiving her. In both cases, using His Word to protect the women from accusers, first. I think again about Jesus' nakedness on the tree, his exposure, and all the sins I've committed with my body and the sins committed against my body that he took upon himself. All the shame heaped on me that he let them heap onto him. God redeemed Hagar and her suffering through her son. He redeems us and our suffering through His Son. --- Just some bonus thoughts I got from this powerful message. ---

I do not know Miss Jackie Perry, if you would ever see this comment, but I thank God for allowing you to walk in the journey that you walked in to put you in the position that you've been put in to allow me to blindly walk with Jesus again, because even though I was walking with God, and trying to get my life back together, but I still had questions I was always asking since I was a little girl as early as in first grade, and then I realize that the preacher was telling me not to question God, but that is also not true as we read in Romans 9:20 when they talked about how a mere man replied to God, God wants you to ask questions because we are ignorant. We are not as holy and righteous as God. To get to my point I always asked if God loves the innocent of a child and his creation and they are still innocent, especially his youngest too. Why are they being sex trafficking and although I still prayed about it, it probably was my time then, but God giving me this scripture I thank you for God sent you into my life to answer that question and it wasn't when I wanted that answer is when God wanted to answer that question and now it all makes sense, and it strengthen my faith
As she says how Paul speaks to the church that she came to give the meekness, but she had to give the milk because their spirit wasn't wicked, but their ears itched to live in worldliness Then Miss Perry goes on to say that the people of the church knew all this information, but you will be judged on it because you knew better it scares me because I don't know if I'm going to hell because even though I knew God, the world made me question the Bible, because I always wanted to know Why does this happen or why does this happen? Why would God even allow children to be harm? Why does this happen and the answer I would get from my bishop or my pastor would be do not question God, so does that make me ignorant which How it says in bible proverbs 10:1 A wise child brings joy to a father; a foolish child brings grief to a mother." But Jesus said, Let the children come to me. Don't stop them. For Heaven belongs to those who are like these children." Or does that hold me accountable to suffer in hell

Went to Glory KC and heard this message a few months after being diagnosed with infertility. I’ve only gotten worse and worse news since then, doctors are telling me I cannot get pregnant naturally, I need to use IUI or IVF. I’ve slowly felt my heart hardening towards God, and this message broke me down hearing it again. Thank you so so so much for this reminder, Jackie. Thank you for letting Him use you.

I've always wondered about what is the difference between teaching and preaching, I still don't understand. Many times I have heard from people older than me (I'm in my 40's now) that women should not be allowed to preach but when I ask questions I get told off. I just want to know and understand what is the difference, so that I can make my own mind up. In the Bible it talks about testing everything to be sure it's from God. I don't understand why people get upset at me for asking questions. It's usually older people and older men in particular.
I'm the sort of person who has questions like where in the bible does it say anything about the social or religious traditions or laws that exist in the different denominations or religions that have Christian roots?
Maybe someone can point us both in the right direction.

A women shouldn’t be a pastor of a church that’s not her job. It’s not for a women to preach to saved men lest you be like eve…. If a woman is saved and preached to class of women or children or boys under adulthood that’s one thing but God gave men authority over women because they needed a covering!!
Hi. I have heard Jackie speak a few times and she has said that she is not a preacher. When she does “teach”, it’s at women’s conferences like Glory. Men may show up, but they are intended and catered towards women. 1 Corinthians 14:33 tells us that women aren’t to be preachers and the book of Titus also tells us how the church is to be set up and/or structured.
She’s a wordsmith creative poet. AND with the anointing of God uses her gifts mightily.

He hears us, He sees us, He believes us and He believes in us.. His words do not return void so we know he will keep His promises... I believe He promises that after we have suffered a little while we will see His goodness... His idea of "a little while" may be different from what we expect but God still answers prayers and the "goodness" might be different from Gods perspective but He calls it good and talks about giving good gifts to all His children.

HUGE Sidenote (please forgive me):
It just occurred to me HOW MUCH God's people's keeps turning to Egypt for solutions, safety, security... Instead of the Lord. And there's no honesty or respect or consideration of these Egyptians as people and the impact of these godly people's ungodly decisions on them. Even to this day, when WE as God's people have expectations from the Lord, and we try to secure them (our positions or expectations) ourselves, we usually don't consider the personhood of the people we involved or use to get there. We focus on our needs or our great moments of faith, but we don't acknowledge our sin, or that we involve others in our sin and that we endanger them and drive them away from where they should encounter the Lord Almighty. Hagar separated herself from God's people. Pharoah had to separate himself from Abram and Sarai.
It's wonderful that regardless of what the people of God did, the LORD intervenes to set things right (in particular where women weren't protected). Lord communicated to Hagar - not his people. He gave her a hope and a future, a reassurance and promise. God made Abram's sin known to Pharoah, not Abram or Sarai. The Lord exposed their lie. The Lord did that to save the ones who had been subjected to the sins of others.
I love how Jackie talked about Jesus on the cross, how the Son of God submitted to suffering... that was for our sins - the sins of others, not any he had committed. Our sins were put on him. He not only took OUR sins, but the sins of others put on us, on our bodies and souls, too - trespasses against us like trespasses against him. There is redemption. He meets us with redemption in suffering.
I had never thought about, until this sermon, Jesus's body being violated. His nakedness exposed to the world on top of being disfigured. The disdain showed to him to have his nakedness exposed.
When a woman was caught in adultery (Guess the man was too quick to get away cause he wasn't "caught"), I don't know if they brought her to Jesus with clothes or not. Presumably not, but Jesus averted his eyes. While they heaped shame onto her, he didn't look. He focused on the words He was writing in the same earth He used to create humankind. He didn't look upon her nakedness. He didn't look at or address her until he was covering her with grace and forgiveness. Jesus was the same way with the "sinful woman" who washed Jesus' feet with her tears. He didn't look at her until he was forgiving her. In both cases, using His Word to protect the women from accusers, first.
I think again about Jesus' nakedness on the tree, his exposure, and all the sins I've committed with my body and the sins committed against my body that he took upon himself. All the shame heaped on me that he let them heap onto him.
God redeemed Hagar and her suffering through her son. He redeems us and our suffering through His Son.

I do not know Miss Jackie Perry, if you would ever see this comment, but I thank God for allowing you to walk in the journey that you walked in to put you in the position that you've been put in to allow me to blindly walk with Jesus again, because even though I was walking with God, and trying to get my life back together, but I still had questions
I was always asking since I was a little girl as early as in first grade, and then I realize that the preacher was telling me not to question God, but that is also not true as we read in
Romans 9:20 when they talked about how a mere man replied to God, God wants you to ask questions because we are ignorant. We are not as holy and righteous as God.
To get to my point I always asked if God loves the innocent of a child and his creation and they are still innocent, especially his youngest too. Why are they being sex trafficking and although I still prayed about it, it probably was my time then, but God giving me this scripture I thank you for God sent you into my life to answer that question and it wasn't when I wanted that answer is when God wanted to answer that question and now it all makes sense, and it strengthen my faith
As she says how Paul speaks to the church that she came to give the meekness, but she had to give the milk because their spirit wasn't wicked, but their ears itched to live in worldliness
Then Miss Perry goes on to say that the people of the church knew all this information, but you will be judged on it because you knew better it scares me because I don't know if I'm going to hell because even though I knew God, the world made me question the Bible, because I always wanted to know Why does this happen or why does this happen? Why would God even allow children to be harm? Why does this happen and the answer I would get from my bishop or my pastor would be do not question God, so does that make me ignorant which
How it says in bible proverbs 10:1
A wise child brings joy to a father; a foolish child brings grief to a mother."
But Jesus said, Let the children come to me. Don't stop them. For Heaven belongs to those who are like these children."
Or does that hold me accountable to suffer in hell

This sermon is like my heart crying out to God in prayers. As I sob, literally, while listening to it 2 days in a row, I am also rebuked in my suffering. I have both women’s character (human and spiritual) in me. I thank God for ministering to you Jackie and consequently to all of us who hears intently this sermon ordained by God.
I've been seeking validation, from my parents, sisters, family, friends, (which hardly ever happens), and this is just what I needed. I have to make sure I give my children validation, your word came at the right time. Thank you. Even now, I am going through a bout of bipolar, but that don't matter. I need to validate others.

I’ve made many mistakes but this teaching highlights for me that God is faithful in his goodness even when we try to take things into our hands and mess things up.
When I look at you Sister Jackie I am proud of God. God has done a good job in you and through you. I am proud of you but I am Prouder (if there is such a word😅) of God.
