Loving the Chuds BBQ hat
Love the Chud's hat. ATBBQ, Chud, and meat church are my top 3 bbq channels. Smoking Joe is up there too as well as the gallery backyard bbq. It's great that you guys rep each other!
This looks awesome, love the low carb aspect, would like to see more!
Thanks for watching!
Chuds hat! Two of the best channels on CZcams!
Love your videos, but this is one of the best! Great tutorials for that wow factor! I will definitely try this one!

Very Interesting and looks very well worth the effort...I think a must try.

Looks amazing bro, I would've added some blue cheese crumbles
Gr8 cook Tom! And a nice promo for Brad with the hat! ;)
It's just nice to see how Chef Tom manages to be so creative again and develops wonderful dishes 👍👍👍
Love the Chuds hat!
loving the keto friendly recipe! I eat keto, love keto... I named my dog Keto. No joke....
Looks good, Tom! Reminded me of a "Matambre" at first.
Now I know what I'm making this weekend
ohh mannnn looks delicious, sick hat btw
Chef Tom, I love your creativity and those pinwheels are delicious looking. Thanks for this cook!
Another one to do this summer. Thanks. I’m off to fix myself a plate of texmex meatloaf leftovers which rocked the house last night btw.
Thanks for watching!
Yes!! Home run Chef!!!
Thanks for watching!
Chef Tom; excellent vid. Can you tie the whole piece like a tenderloin then cut pieces?
What are your thoughts on using a large round steak or sirloin steak to do this? Would it become too tough?
Love the hat!
Love your videos and the 316. Do huevos rancheros sometime?
Looking good! Delicious! 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for watching!
This looks great ❣️ I'm going to try to make it for 2.
Once assembled and cut into individual portions, can they be frozen? Just the 2 of us around here, this looks like fun.
Hey Tom, can you please where you set the damper in the bottom of the Yoder YS640s? I will be receiving my smoker soon and would be interested in some insight regarding the damper.
Love watching your cooks, they are always inspiring.
Cheers from northern Canada 😁😎
The baffle was originally put in the design of the smoker to help with airflow because the cookers only had one fan. Now they have 2 fans so it is not needed as much. For most cooks, Yoder recommends pushing it in about a third of the way. This will keep the smoker fairly even all around. You can push it all the way over to the firebox to do zone cooking. This would make the heat more intense on the side. You see people do this when direct grilling on the GrillGrates.
Ooooh that cheese crust. That would look right at home chopped up and slathered on a crusty French roll.
Woooow
Maybe it would be a good idea to leave it whole as a roulade in the beginning and slice it when it's done. So maybe more juice remains inside and it's easier to handle. Just for thoughts.
My thoughts exactly.
I usually tie them and grill them whole…then cut to serve
These look great chef 💪🏽💪🏽
Thanks for watching!
meat blanket rollups? yes pls
That balancing pan onion at 5:20 gives me anxiety 😂
Chef, can you do some more on the kamado kettle?
Could you make the German dish rouladen using flank steak? Would you film that sometime, please?
Dude. Looked like Thor's hammer for a sec, bro!
Looking great! But part of me was screaming inside to go Mexican, red sauce marinade, grilled and raw diced onions, blackened green, red, jalapeno & Serrano peppers, Jack cheese....
What pellets are you using? You used to mention that in your videos.
This could be on my menu for Super Bowl this year. Question: Can you cook the entire log, then let cool, poke with tooth picks and slice into wheels? I wonder if that would be easier. Thoughts?
So your running it with the whole diffuser removed and not just the firebox access panel?. I bought my Yoder from you guys but I’m always worried to use it for direct grilling. Afraid of all the oil and fats dripping into the fire box, thinking it will either be impossible to clean, damage the igniter rod, or cause a grease fire.
Yumm!! 😋
I want that thermal pen!

An American dream grilling like you my friend 💯
I think my bf would like this recipe. I’m not a big fan of cheese 🧀 with my steak 🥩 but I’ll try to cook this for him
Have you done a video on Picanha? Maybe a caipirinha on the side...
www.atbbq.com/thesauce/recipes/picanha-garlic-butter/
Loved the recipe and the tutorial. Thank you!
I'm sending good wishes your way to not have to film next to a freeway in the future.
Just got off a grave shift so I'm tired and like the last Cheesesteak recipe I misread it as Cheesecake and said "what?!"😂. Such a good looking take on Cheesesteak!
You forgot the black olives, Chef Tom.
what
Looked a great way to use flank in the pinwheel.
Just as an aside, to be people in the USA think the Keto "diet" is really healthy considering it is so unbalanced? It reminds me of Atkins put into the modern era.
Any "diet" is a fad by nature. The best diet is one which is balanced and you exercise at least as much as your calorie intake.
A balanced diet with a few cheats at the weekend, sorted.
I get my wife to do that! Keeps her from beating on me..😅
No char on it? By design?
If you smack meat then advice go from middle outwards... Much more efficient. Otherwise love all your videos... A lot of good stuff
Oh, I'm tired. I read "Cheesecake Pinwheels".
