Some of the gowns are extremely boring, but some are really TALENTED!! It's not about glitz and glitter!! Sometimes glamour is in the stitching and the design as well as the added jewelry or the extra pieces to go with it

@@anulal113 Yes, I'm sure. I know it's confusing. The reason is quite simple, there is no year 0 in our normally used calender. So the first century is from year 1-100 and so the 21st century is from 2001-2100. Does it really matter? Probably not.

While I did like a good number of dresses in the video, there were three that I thought sure would be on the list: Alicia Vikander's geometric, metallic gown from the 2016 SAG Awards, Lupita Nyong'o's Red off-the-shoulders cape gown from the 2014 Golden Globes and finally, a dress I thought might actually be the #1 choice, Penelope Cruz's iconic strapless pink gown with the feathered bottom and train from the 2007 Oscars. I truly can't believe you didn't have that one on the list!
