These are critically acclaimed covers by Solar called the Solar Emotions project. She compiled it to an album and had a solo concert for this in 2018 making her the first 3rd gen girl group member to hold a solo concert. And yes, that’s Seoho. This project is one of my favorite mmm solo projects. She really made these songs her own.

Solar Gamsung(Solar's Emotion or Sensitivity) is a project involving covers of songs she wanted to do. The project is still on. the first 10 songs were released 6 years ago(after mamamoo debut) and incudes a solo cover of her own mamamoo song Star Wind Flower Sun but the others are covers of other older songs. For the one song with the band that is Onewe. However, Song 11 Love has Gone released only a few months ago, she said the project is still going. These songs are one of the many reasons solar is my favorite singer, everywhere not just kpop. Yeah solar knows how to make everyone cry
I don't listen to these songs as often as they deserve to be heard because she kills me every time. Wait til you see the Nada Sou Sou MV from this series. Bring tissues.
As Martin said, these are all covers. Between 2015-18 she released 8 or 9 covers with MVs in a series called Solar Gamsung (Emotion or Sensitivity) that were collected on an album with the same title. They're all ballads with the exception of It's Been a Long Time, which is a 90's k-rock song she rearranged New Wave style with a fun MV that's either a tribute to or parody of Blondie with Onewe playing the band. The last of these covers came out while Mamamoo was promoting Starry Night and the Yellow Flower album to kick off the 4 Season 4 Color project in March 2018. As if she didn't already have enough on her plate with group activities in April she released the Solar Gamsung album and held solo concerts, both firsts by a MMM member or, as far as I know, any member of a 3rd gen girl group.
A few months ago she picked up the Solar Gamsung project again and released another beautiful cover called Love Has Gone. If I had my druthers in future Gamsung releases she'd include some covers of the classic jazz, soul and r&b singers who influenced her. For example, Solar has mentioned Amy Winehouse and jazz singer Nancy Wilson as influences but I don't think she's ever covered any songs by them.
The highlight teaser for the 6 songs on her upcoming album indicates we're in for something special on Tuesday. 😂

From some of your comments I'm not if you realized that these are all covers. All songs that really spoke to her, thus the Solar's Emotions label. I'm also especially touched by the song where she makes food and writes a letter to give to her parents. Solar is just fundamentally a good person as well as a wonderful artist.
