After watching this it has slightly helped me, haven't tried going out of my comfort zone yet or had any of those situations but still it helped...I've lacked confidence basically my entire life, hopefully I improve.
self confidence can make a difference in your life in the sense you may try or do things you wouldnt of done otherwise and it shows with how you carry yourself and if you go for a job interview they are going to see how you carry yourself so self confidence is something we all must have or at least work on some of us have a low self esteem n arent very confident in ourselves again keep up the great work these videos are great
