You're right. I'd forgotten seeing Sylvain Luc playing a Parker archtop 13 years ago. Krzysztof Trześniowski of Blue Arch guitars admits being "inspired" by Parker archtops, but these are a LOT more like them than not. Still high-tech elegance, but not exactly new ideas. Still amazing-sounding, but it almost seems as though Trześniowski should be paying Parker some kind of royalty or something.🤔
You could totally see how Ken Parker influenced this Luthier. I thought it was one of Ken's guitars.

Yeah it’s just there to hide the volume pot etc. and hold the pickup in place.
