That's easy, a strip on the floor flips up hence the pattern on the floor. All three effects happen from left to right when viewed from the front. It's would be better with modern R/C electronics.

@@secretsbl There are clearly mechanisms hidden inside. The walls are very thick. Plenty of room for solenoids, levers, springs, motors, batteries and RC components.

The actual technique is extremely simple and requires no electronics. You can build a version of this with a regular cardboard box with a small hole in it and some thread.
