Onimusha is a series of video games developed and published by Capcom. It makes use of the historic figures that shaped Japan's history, retelling their stories with supernatural elements. I Love this game I played all the Onimusha games. The last Onimusha game was totally out of this world.

This series is severely underated. And 16 years later I'm thinking Samono---- I mean Tenkai is still out there with that gauntlet and Ako walking the earth like Kane.

@@GameCircleTv I have a few ideas as how I'd pick it up where it left off and a spoiler in my Cannon. Blue didn't die. He sealed himself away in the Oni Mansion because he knew what he'd become. And by fate Oyu, Jubei and Roberto reunite with Tenkai and Arin in order to save Soki from himself and seal the gauntlet which contains Nobunagas Soul. But like every other Onimusha, nothing is that easy especially if Munenori, Guildenstern and Gingamphantas is still lurking. I'd also like the idea of bringing back Ramauru. What's Onimusha without brutal boss battles? And maybe a little time travel. Not just Jaque but Henri as well. Something like what Resident Evil 6 tried to do but more action and more finality.

@@GameCircleTv There was one thing that troubled me about Onimusha 3. The game is amazing! The boss battles were challenging yet fun. Especially Ramauru oh what a pain in the ass haha but I felt like Guildenstern should've been closer to the end or not killed at all like the first one. He was such an arrogant evil genius jackass. True finally killing him and saving Michelle and Henri were great but being built up from the very first Onimusha in my opinion made him worthy of being more than a mid game boss. Guildenstern was practically Nobonagas right hand man. Then again so was Tocichiro. I don't know I just felt like Guildenstern was a little underwhelming.
It is interesting to see that I am not the only person whom favorite game of all time is ONIMUSHA series. Love yall

@@GameCircleTv pretty sure just the film as far as I know. Truly a bummer, the first three games were hands down my favorite ps2 franchise. Nothing was cooler to a 6 year old me than the Cinematic trailer for Onimusha 3 lol.

Closest I got was last year I saw a few video rumors about a 5th Onimusha and supposively all that was leaked if true was it involved young Jubei with Kichi. And that was as far as it got. It was supposively very early on if even true. So who knows where it could've went.

@@GameCircleTv I don't know if you will see this comment cause it's been awhile since this video came out. I thought they could make a cool Onimusha V.R. game from the development team that made R.E. 7 V.R. Also technology is getting more advanced each year and Capcom could come up with a sword type of cool controller with feedback when striking enemies and another controller for the other arm like the a glove type with it being tracked when using this other controller like the gauntlet that is used in the game. Some ideas i would think would be cool is being able to move the glove with your hand for example pulling back to suck in the souls of defeated enemies. Sorry for the long comment but I like talking(texting) with people that have similar interests like gaming. The game companies need not to make the same games over and over. They should hire the youth for fresh new ideas and to give them (adults as well) a chance but they only care getting a game out to the masses in which to make billions of dollars and because sales surpassed any other type of entertainment the companies and because of ability to buy new down loadable missions to getting new weapons or new skins for their Avatar while using real cash!and not getting these items through playing a game to get better at it and gaining experience and finding money to advance your character instead of skill. Sorry again for my long rant but I like to expose evil corporations that are with the freemasons that make the decisions on what can be made and distributed around the world to make sure these games follow their agenda of violence leaving out of games to get into a good storytelling and becoming the character,the majority now are mostly multiplayer games in which you just keep killing and I am talking about COD and Fortnite which are great games but they keep rolling these type of games over and over dumbing down our children and the true people that are in charge of an agenda are people in the freemasons as well as the Pope and the Jesuit order that control us. Well take care and hopefully they will come out with a brand new Onimusha game the return of Nobunaga! P.S. sorry but you shouldn't need a degree to work for a game company because people and teens can program and develop games better than alot of game companies they have on staff as well as experience in playing video games and gaming being a huge of their lives. I don't know I just hate to watch the game industry being controlled by the wealthy which just care about money not like alot of game developers that love what they do like Shigeru Miyamoto which turned down having the copyright of Mario and his others characters he has created,he just wanted a job doing what he loves to do and at 1st made a deal with Nintendo promising steady employment. I hope Miyamoto got the rights now because he made Nintendo the success that it is. I am done this time actually wait a nahh just joshing ya.
@@kurt3142 of course I will read this. Totally been saying this for the longest. This is the best choice to use VR Services. You can absolutely immerse yourself into the game that way. I have a feeling that maybe they are working on something like that. I'm just not sure if it's for Onimusha. But yes, Great Idea all the way
Bro I really truly love Onimusha 2 and 3, I played ever since I was a kid and loved it so much I don’t know why they stop making it I kept on checking even now hoping it will come back but nothing 💔😢

I loved all 4. They all brought something different to the table. Especially 2 and 4. 4 was for people who were nuts and loved impossible dark realms. I am one of those people.

Played 1,2,3, blade warriors, tactics, genma onimusha and dawn of dreams. I own 1,2,3, tactics and dawn of dreams.

@@GameCircleTv I liked dawn of dreams because you could play it two player couch coop by inputting a button combination in the second controller. I think it was done at the main menu, but its been so long since I played it. I still own it so I'll probably jump back into it and see if I can get my friend that I originally played it with to play it again with me lol.

i played all the game. 3 and 4 is the best. the only thing i hate from 4 is how they change the issen animation in 4. issen in 3 is way cooler

@@sheldoncooper8199 you might be right so I won’t argue that but I don’t remember much from part 2. Onimusha 3 has always been instilled in my brain. Just one of those good memories back in the day during my child hood.

Dude I really wish onimusha would be in the PlayStation library where you can play all the original four games there's a I think like 6 I'm not too sure I might be wrong I know there is a fifth game but it's more of like a versus type of thing but the point I'm just making here is this I really do hope in the future they do bring this game series back because it would be really great to see it playable again and hopefully Capcom come to their senses to need a reboot it or we make it because I understand they said they're having legal issues with the original voice actor not wanting his likeness use but it's like dude just get a whole new actors permission to use their face model to make a very similar to the original characters face model which was followed after the original voice actor understandably for both English and Japanese but not only with this give them a chance to reboot this whole entire series and see if it can be something great like devil May cry it would bring back a lot of fans and put a lot of money in capcom's pocket but I guess they would rather just focus on the resident evil series in a little bit of the devil May cry series going forward even though I feel like we need another game besides the mobile game but who knows when that will be for the devil May cry series neither be get a remake for one two and three or we might just have to wait until that time

What your saying makes perfect sense. For context, Genma Onimusha contains enhanced graphics, audio, explorable areas, a boss, costumes and body armor, changes in enemy placements, and a three-tier charge attack to each weapon. Was this your favorite Onimusha?

There cant be an onimusha 5.. wtf.. dude, in onimusha 3 samanoske finally defeats nobunaga, in #4 which was akready wtf, your no longer olaying as samanoske, your also in the future, and its not about nobu its just relative to demons with a hint theyre trying to bring him back (nobu) and ill admit the combos were dope af but the main character just... Idk.. he didnt have enough to make him.. anywhere near what and or who samanoske was.
#2 is the with jubei yagyu who in #4 is dead but had a daughter who has the same name, and #2 was decent but it was mainly about the story and an explanation as to whats happened and whats coming.
At the end of 4 you also find out samanoske is still alive but no longer a samuri but now a mage. He is tenkai.
#3 was the best, the 2 perspectives and the actual actor playing jaq, was dope. Didnt care for the whip but w.e. lol
Ill always love onimusha but a #5 wouldnt make sense.. trust me i loved the resident evil style gameplay but nobu is dead.

Did you seriously just call onimusha "essentially a ninja resident evil"? Theres ninja in onimusha 2 and others but samanoske and the majority of the main characters are SAMURAI! NOT NINJA!,,, there's a huge difference.

In Onimusha: Warlords Samanosuke Akechi is more of a Samurai but in Oninmusha: Demon Siege he is a SAMURAI NINJA! No Samurai wears an outfit of a Ninja and can jump high and climb up to high places. A Samurai does not have that mobility so you are partially wrong! The entire Onimusha is a Samurai game, only Kotaro Fuma as far as I remember in Onimusha: Samruai's Destiny is the only ninja in the game but this is not enough to call this a Ninja Resident Evil.
