What are the pros of using the sealant on the wood after the burning is finished?
There are lots of pros to using finishes depending on what kind you use. Generally it keeps the wood from cracking and helps the burn last longer. If you think about a burn, it’s really just ashes on wood. It can fade pretty fast (like within a year or 2) if you don’t have it protected… and also it depends on the project. If it’s a project that gets used, it will fade faster than a project that is hidden away from UV light and up on display where it won’t be touched.

What comes in a kit
Great question. Each box is different and each comes with the materials you need to make the project from start to finish - professionally made pattern, transfer paper, instructions, wood, sealant and hanging hardware if that applies. Some months have included little bonuses.
It also includes a list of the tools you may need - scissors, hammer, burner, etc. Many of these tools come in the Woodburning Tools & Accessories Kit that you can buy separately or add to any subscription order.

@patriciavaz2576 It was tons of fun and pretty popular, but I didn’t have time to run a full time business with little ones at home. So I might pick it back up when they are old enough for school. I don’t know if any other crates like these anywhere
