3. No, the employees don't get excited when I walk in. I do this in many different locations. I'm not in any particular store often enough to become a "regular" in any way
4. "Flavor" is a running joke. You'll get used to it.
5. No, my arm doesn't get tired from holding the phone like that.
6. No, I didn't place that thing incorrectly just to bother you.
7. Yes, I probably should find something better to do. Perhaps I can spend my time watching someone do this on CZcams.
8. No, I don't know how long it's going to be before I do another one of those videos that you like better than this, but I'm sure it's coming soon.
9. No, I don't want to whisper these videos. Even for me, that feels weird and uncomfortable.
10. No, I really don't care what other people think when they see me doing this. It's liberating to not give a damn about the opinions of strangers. Try it some time.
11. Yes, I truly do this because it makes me happy.
12. Yes, ending this list on an odd number would bother me, too.

When I was a kid I'd always try to organize the isles while my grandparents shopped. And when I worked at Dollar General i was a manager so I could just stock shelves and organize because I loved it. Glad I'm not the only one that gets joy from this!

Idk, I call Gatorade by it's color and not flavor 🤷. It's the same sorta thing.
I think it’s a southern thing! I’m from oklahoma and catch myself saying it all the time haha
@@SouthernASMRSounds I’m northern Irish and we use flavour only by tastes and sometimes colours, usually for slush puppies etc, and the scent for any smells like soap and perfumes, I find it interesting tho that people call them different things🙈

I've always had an affinity for bars of soap! I love the crinkly wrapping, the sound of the bar moving around the inside of the box, and (of course) the soap bar itself! Thanks Mary! 😊

Absolutely concur with you on this. The crinkly wrapper, the shuffle sound of the bar in the box, the delicate scent and of course the rich lather that you just don’t get with shower gel. Inexplicable bliss 🥰
Oh my gosh Mary you make my day! “A little unstable like my ex-husband”! I literally busted out laughing on that one! My mom only bought Dial soap when I was young. 🤮 One day I asked her if she would buy Zest because my cousin used it and I liked the smell of it. She promptly and very sternly let me know when I got my own house I could buy what I wanted! 🤦🏻♀️😂😂😂

@@Dro_Quack nah I’ve moved onward and upward from zest! I use B&B works! 😂 I can promise you one thing....I have NEVER bought a bar of dial soap! The second I moved out of my parents house I probably went directly to the store and bought me some zest! 😂😂

I'm so happy that I found an asmr channel that gifts total strangers as well as viewers. It's also a channel that I can relax without being on guard of being hypnotized or some other hand witchery.

Recently I was clumsy in the supermarket and a big stack of little cartons fell down. I calmy picked one after the other up and lined them um neatly. Was nice to do it on my own once:* if only all the Supermarkt workers who find their aisles magically organized would know about our little army that is trained night by night in our satisfying dreams by our Queen Mary
I'm finding that the mask adds to the ASMR effect. It is a lovely cosy muffled sound that puts me to sleep immediately.

When I worked at grocery stores as a young lad the managers would call what Mary is doing “ blocking the aisle.” They said customers are happier if they think the aisles are full. Lmao

This pleases the retail worker in me. I used to have to organize so many shelves of shoe boxes and the customers were so freaking messy. I loved when customers would help me out it gave me back some sanity.

Yessssss. I have been waiting for a soap video. And I have the Yardley pumpkin soap. It smells amazing. Not too drying, but has the typical bar soap waxy feeling. I forgive it because I love the smell.
