Love it….Great video…. I’m considering relocating to New Orleans from Atlanta and I love this building. Is there a dog park for residents with dogs?

Thanks so much brother. Really appreciate it. There is a “park” attached to the building on ground level but it’s more like a glorified pee pad and smells awful. But there’s some legit spots not to far away.

Can you purchase the Penthouse or is it just on a lease package?

Hi Gil - unfortunately this penthouse is only for lease as it’s in an apartment building. There are a lot of very nice penthouses for purchase available in other buildings and if you’d like any help or even just want to ask me any questions at all I’d love to hear from you 504-435-2929.
      Thanks for watching :)

Why the hell would one move to New Orleans and live in a soulless condo that could be plopped down in any other boring city?

@@blakedonohoo504 yes. New Orleans is one of the most beautiful cities in the U.S - know for something called "architecture". While this is a dull white box, that would look best in San Diego or some other ugly city.

@@MrWhiskeycricket ah…gotcha..I had a unit in this building and was able to decorate it with lots of charm incorporating the view. But I get your point. A lot of the time the older building and charm does come with drawbacks some people don’t like and choose a more modern condo. I’ve since let mine go and went back to a nice old condo in the quarter.

@@blakedonohoo504 New Orleans should support better contemporary architecture - put those Tulane architects to work. I’m not trying to be a bitch, but I’d want a balcony or a shotgun or even a creole townhouse in NOLa - I don’t see the point of moving there to live the way you’d live anywhere.
