So on point, i started dressing up more frequently in the last few years, and the difference is more than visible. People also tend to stare a lot more when you're in a suit and tie vs jeans and t-shirt.

I died laughing at the birthday parties being thrown in front of a pothole in the street. The further you get in Louisiana past Rapides Parish and to Hurricane territory I've seen'em have full-blown barbecues, neighborhood football games with cook-all hurricane parties, while the frontline of the hurricane is knocking at the front door looking like the chariots of God rolling into town. We are so crazy down here.😂😂

Yea they do. The 'cockroach' issue here is because of this is a watery state. They're not usually called cockroaches we call'em waterbugs, cause they breed in the bayous, rivers and lakes here. Plus we are a pecan haven in Louisiana... There's a dag blummin pecan tree everywhere here, and waterbugs love pecan trees.

Thanks so much brother. Really appreciate it. There is a “park” attached to the building on ground level but it’s more like a glorified pee pad and smells awful. But there’s some legit spots not to far away.
