Being a man, I never realised that you go through so.much. I didn't have the faintest idea about leaking, shifting, rashes, white clothes, heavy flow.etc. This video taught me more than I learnt in school. Request to every men don't stalk, eve tease, touch/stare unappropriately , misbehave, etc. Be gentlemen, respect them and don't increase their problems. Just empathize and be humans, it will help both the genders.

It's not terrible. It's part of being a female. Yes it's bloody and sometimes crampy, but we have to deal with it. Babies come out of women too, then there's the pap smears. And don't forget the men ejaculating inside of women throwing off their PH. So, it is what it is.

@Eric Cartman that magic is for unusually heavy flow women only, who don't plan on having children anymore.
Plus, flow is not the only problem.
Women have dysmenorrhea, migraines, nausea, fever etc. in PMS. My sciatica gives me hell during PMS.
Anyways, the flow problem has solutions like menstrual cups. Why would someone go through a procedure for that.
Plus, I doubt women who can't afford a sanitary pad can afford a gynaecological procedure.

And don't make fun of them or joke if someone is uncomfortable especially younger girls. They are themselves getting used to. Often periods are seen as this bad thing happening to girls. @@RPS-zh3bk I was one of those "some women" so let me explain. I didn't like how the string was pulling sometimes and I hated how it got all soaked and dripping when I peed. So I just tucked it in slightly to get it out of the way. I also didn't want a string dangling between my legs when I went to a swimming pool. Anyway, I still don't see how anyone could forget that they are wearing a tampon and put another in. I mean you always exchange the old one for a new one...

Hands down, menstrual cup is the winner. It takes just one cycle to get used to inserting and removing it but once you have learnt that, there is no going back to any of the other options. I'm using it from last 3 years and it's a boon in a woman's life. I don't even feel I'm having my period. Most importantly, I have been able to sleep like a baby without worrying abt spoiling my undergarment or a bedsheet. Totally in love with my cup 😍 above all, it's environment friendly and doesn't me as well the mother earth.

Since Tampons were introduced in India many women use it but plenty still prefer pads. Not to mention cups, if they do not have access to clean sanitary water then they will not use the cup. Many are not comfortable with touching. Not to mention many of these products are foreign brands which makes it too expensive for a average women to afford. But this is a start to have such a discussion. Bravo to these ladies. Eventually everyone should be using cups.
