Does the groved break discs mean they need replacing. I have a 507, any recommendations?

If there is a lip around the rotor, could be a chance that they are under minimum spec and should be replaced.

When You go for a total change, why don't You go for 2 pice rotors, back on the car.? The next time when they are worn out, they are cheaper to replace.!
