Georgia's head coach just became the highest paid coach in college football making $13 MILLION per year. The previous holder of that mark was none other than Clemson's Dabo Swinney at $11.5 million. With Ohio State's Ryan Day sitting at 5th on the list at $10.3 million (behind Kalen DeBoer and Steve Sarkisian) the question surrounding Buckeye nation is whether or not Day will surpass Smart down the road, especially if Ohio State can run the tables by beating Michigan and winning the national championship this season. Is Day warranted of being the top paid coach if that happens?

Ryan Day, while still young in Head Coaching experience hasn't had that kind of early success. He's been really good for on the job training, and I'm glad he's coaching at OSU, however it is put up or shut up this year and i believe he'll put up.

😂😂you forgot to mention Stanford and SF? Was that Stallion too? Our coach is getting paid $16 million at San Diego and your soft coach is making $9.5 million at OSU. That tells you who the market favors. No one in the highest echelons of football is paying Ryan Day $16million per year. Only your self inflated ego makes you think you have a better coach!
