FPI is famously aweful in its prediction metrics. The other models I have looked at all have OSU and Georgia as 1 and 2 by a wide margin. That would be Kelley Ford, SP+, Bill Radjewski, Parker Fleming, etc. I understand why people like Oregon but the love for them doesn't make sense. Yes they added good players in the portal but they lost twice to the same team (Washington) that wasn't real good, barely beat a blah Texas Tech team, and doesn't have the overall depth of an OSU or a Georgia. Also, teams 'leveling up' when they join a new conference haven't had success in that new conference. The level of physicality Oregon is going to have to deal with on a week in week out basis, along with multiple east coast trips, should play a factor.
