On this video we take you for a quick tour around our home town, Oakville, Ontario, Canada. You will get a small taste of this wonderful lake community, located about 30 minutes from Toronto, 1 hour from Niagara falls and the US border.
We also share with you a little bit about us, how we met, schools, business, family and friends. Both Laura and I loved every minute of growing up in this amazing place. The lake, marinas, restaurants, parks and much more. There is also a large community of Portuguese here in Oakville, especially from the Azores.
Like we always say, its the best of both worlds. Canada and Portugal!!!

Safe.! You both had the same BIG locks of hair in high school! Haha! I played the clarinet in Jr. and High school! Nice town. Lot of Portuguese in Fall River and Boston, Massachusetts. A group in California as well.
Just noticed, I typed, "WOW!" at the beginning and CZcams or spellcheck changes it to Safe. What is going on?

Oakville by the Marine is nice reminds me of Port Credit in Mississauga.
Laura & Carlos, it was nice 70s 80s and 90s. I was born and raised in Little Portugal area Dundas & Gladstone in Toronto.
Then moved out To Mississauga after My Parents R.I.P.

Never went to Okville downtown but I will go before winter ! looks beautiful the only area I know is west oak trails dundas & third line upper middle worked there and okville is not to far from Cambridge
