My jaw has been clicking for years and I’ve just accepted that it’s broken.. then I watch this video one time and do it to myself one time and it’s fixed. I’m in pure shock.

So many people need healing. I deviated septum, tmj, cluster migrains, bamboo spine a a 85% fixation hunch back from ankylosing spondylitis undiagnosed and untreated since 13 years old. Once, at around 12 at 3 different dance classes weekly, competing, a trainee and assistant to my father who taought martial arts. Today, I do the best I can but have given up most of what naturally makes me happy.
If not for my family that I wouldn't have had if I not had 2 kids by 18, i would be alone or dead.
This man is fearless.

Oh wow I have stage 3 TMJ bilateral as a result of my EDS. It’s so painful and have trigeminal neuralgia from the surgery damage. My jaw grinding causes bad migraines and Titus too . I’ve had 7 orthoscopy and Botox with very little success.. I wish I had been offered this before my surgeries..

Somebody please tell me this is not the only person around LA that does deviated septum adjustments. I freaking need to get this done and I don’t want to go do some unnecessary and invasive medical procedure just to get my septum crushed up and reformed to breathe properly again!

I have TMJ, my jaw would get stuck when I was in my dentist's office, luckily he knew how to slowly bring my lower jaw up without hurting me as I've had it POP! And that hurts!

My jaw used to do that. I went to a tmj doctor and I have oral orthotics now. It makes my teeth seem higher to my jaw. So my jaw can relax and not pop out of the tempomandibular joint.
Eventually I may get braces (not normal ones, ones that help the teeth align better to help the jaw) so I dont have to wear the orthotics constantly.
I've pushed hard on my jaw before. It gives temporary relief. But it will not fix the problem. It'll probably go back to the way it was for her.

The last exercise I tried to imitate, because I assume myself a good body feeling.
I have abraded teeth from grinding and pain in my jaw joint. Especially this "step" in the opening I also feel.
With my fingertips, I felt that my right jaw joint opens first. Then I moved my jaw to the right side.
I felt a crackling in my ear and then a great release in the whole jaw.
