Dr. Rahim Salehmohamed, or "Dr. Rahim" as he likes to be called, founded Gonstead Wellness in 2005. Dr. Rahim is a Certified Gonstead Chiropractor and Instructor with over 500 hours of post graduate training in the Gonstead System of Chiropractic. He was the first recipient of prestigious Gonstead Extremity Certification in 2003. Only time actual structural change occurs from chiro, is coming for regular adjustments. And actually changing your daily habits/ repetitive movements which are causing the dysfunction in the first place. That and coupling corrective exercise.
