I love how you are using lighter colors, the table and chairs in this case, to balance out the timber of the house. Good use of the chairs from the last renno!

Looks lovely.
I’ve found thee most practical and comfortable floor plan for a small dining area is a corner banquette, with a pedestal base oval dining table.
That way you dont need the standard amount of space to move chairs in and out.
They make convincing cognac vegan leather, so it’s easy to slide across the bench seat.
And who doesn’t choose to sit on a restaurant’s comfy banquette when its an option😊
