When is a good time to trim up a Bismarck Palm? Mine are hanging down all the way around it. They don’t look dried out or dead, just an eye sore. I live in Central Florida.

I have a Palmetto tree newly planted close to the end of summer. Coming out of a mild South Carolina winter the fonds are starting to turn brown. The whole time up until about a month age the tree had nice dark green fonds. The tree did start to push some new fond growth then suddenly seemed to stop. It’s warming up here now in South Carolina so what do you think? Will the warmer weather save this Palmetto tree? Do I need to add fertilizer around it right now? Should I drill a 2 inch hole near the root ball and water it once or twice a week? Oh by the way it’s growing in clay soil as well. I have another Palmetto tree about 6 feet away from this one and it’s not having any issues at all and growing well. Both trees were planted at the same time. Everything I did to one tree I did to the other. So I don’t understand why it looks like it’s starting to die.
Well i had a California fan Palm tree and our Gardner's come every Friday but we had lots of dead hanging fronds it was horrible but they trimmed it with an chain saw
no palm at all coming from the center at all I am in the 8 zone in southwest ga almost at the Florida line it is about 80-90 degrees at this time of year any suggestions would be helpful

Why wouldnt you wear Eye Protection if you are that suited up? Your eyes are the most vulnerable after your lungs.
Hydrogen peroxide straight from the bottle into the crown ie where the new growth comes from. Works

Also it's really really imp to wear a dust mask too while trimming as there are a lot of particles that can fly...
