Nice, I will give this a shot. Not to brag or nothing, well maybe a little, I have been nailing triangle chokes lately. I really like this one because I play a lot with the Z guard...

Hey Stephen, can you do more videos of the z guard with an overhook? Specifically for no gi!

Great stuff but I noticed the second shrimp is different when shown the 1st time compared to 2nd. I'm guessing the first way is correct with him shrimping outside more. Maybe why his arm gets stuck on the second show as he has shrimped to his back.

I do same bit opponent usually will not allow leg to pass through like that (I realize it is a drill). Usually end up pushing bicep with shin then foot then shoot the triangle.

***** l like this triangle for submission in particular but I suggest adding a possible variation by finishing it at an angle if you apply this triangle in a No Gi situation. I think I'm going to purchase the App as well! Thanks a lot!

+Stephan Kesting I've been having a lot of problems finishing the triangle choke, I've seen loads of videos and drilled the hell out of it but I still can't get it quite tight enough, is there any chance you could do an in depth video on the triangle choke, thanks for another awesome video :)

    • @xXMikeyBhoy67Xx

+karl warren remember to pull the arm across as far as possible, get your lower leg right across the back of their neck, and put both hands on the head and pull down. If you have trouble with locking it in, shrimp to the side where their arm is out of the triangle and then it might be easier to close. Hope some of this info is relevant.
