I reckon this movie has the greatest plot twist in entire Saw movie franchise (or possibly the entire history of the horror film).
And that laser collar trap scene will be the highlight of this film.

Xyfen it does! I saw an early screening of this. The plot twists are WAYYY more deeper and shocking than the last 7 films.

There are three time-lines in the film. The first plays before John Cramers death. the other time-line plays 10 years later. And the third time-line is 20 years after John's death. And it comes to the conclusion that John's son (Gideon Cramer) is the new jigsaw killer. He survived and continued the work of his father. therefore also SAW LEGACY

Mr. Chaos I thought John’s son died in Saw 4 but maybe Dr.gordon is the new Jigsaw IMO
Imo the legacy is that someone else is simply continuing his work like Amanda and Hoffman were. Gideon died, hence why Cecil was punished.

Whoever presses the button has cufflinks on their shirt cuffs, whereas Logan does not have cufflinks on his shirt cuffs. It doesn't seem to be Logan who presses the button
Also Logan has a ring on his wedding finger. Person who pressed the button also uses his left hand, no ring.
The person pressing the button has no wedding ring, whereas Logan is wearing a wedding ring throughout the film.
