Awe hell yes, my vote in the Smash Ballot was not wasted after all! Those sprites look really nice, and the moveset looks very creative. As a shantae fan, I approve
If I may offer some constructive criticism, focusing work on characters could be a bit of a poor choice at this point in time. Perhaps you should focus more on ironing out any bugs in gameplay, or expand on single-player features more since those are just as important (if not more important) than multiplayer. Along with that, in my experiences playing, I find that Super Smash Bros. Crusade feels more like a "traditional" fighting game rather than a Super Smash Bros. game. While, yes, adding new characters serves to hype up the fan-base, it also raises their expectations, which can lead to disaster if you rely on this aspect and don't do *exactly* what the fans want afterwards. Also, looking into the current version of the game, the roster is actually a bit cluttered, leaving most newcomers to the game somewhat overwhelmed - or, at least, I know I am - and having a difficult time picking which character to play as. I'd recommend removing (yes, removing) some of the more unpopular characters to prevent this. Other than that, great work guys! Keep it up!
I agree with this all but I dont think removing them will be the best option maybe putting more time into the game should unlock u more characters and those should be a bit simple to unlike melee. So the players have time to try a bunch of characters and also when unlocking a character they will love to try them out to
Her transformations are like Shulks monado arts where each ability has a different stat. Elephant shantae is Smash & Shield, monkey shantae is Speed, and Bird shantae is Jump. She is my favorite character to play in Crusade.

Shantae really deserves to be in Smash Bros. She'd increase female representation and also could have many possible move sets including a few Pirate gear such as Risky's Hat Glide for her aerial recovery. Shantae for the GBC has some of the best graphics on the system and her games have all been widely praised and popular with the first one being the hardest and rarest to find in the series but since it is available in the Nintendo eShop, fans can still play it without paying a lot for the game online.
Ya know what should be Crusade? Picking Sound Effects. Like when you wanna battle, you can pick any type of sound effects we can use in the battle. 64, Melee, Brawl, Sm4sh.

We present what many would say is our most powerful and layered fighter in years! We present, Shrek! Standing at 6'7' and weighing 208 pounds, this once hated ogre takes back his swamp by applying damage on the ground! Along his side is Donkey acting as a teammate in battle. He's used for many of Shrek's' attacks, though he can slow you down in some departments such as the ledge get-up where you'll slowly pull him up. He will be a great partner in battle! Being our latest heavy weight, Shrek and Donkey can devastate opponents. But enough about what they can do and lets get an in-depth look at the attacks! Most normal attacks are handled by the ogre such as the 3 hit jab combo, the aerial forward, down-aerial, and forward-normal. Some attacks are done by both parties such as the up-normal, back-aerial, down-normal, neutral-air and up-normal!
