Do you have a video for adding a store? I have been looking. There is a lady that does a good job EXCEPT, she begins on a particular page for the store but does not say HOW she got to the page. I cannot find how or what to click on. I would say that I am a bit tech savvy, but watching videos like that does not include total beginners OR working on sites that have a huge learning curve..Thank you!

Email of agency. When the work is complete, you can hand it off to the client, otherwise you will be relying on the client every step of the way in case you need access or verification codes.... or worse case scenario, if the client decides to run away and change the passwords.

I created a website on squarespace a few months ago starting with no template. but it was no good so now I want to go back and select one of the templates but I can’t figure out how to do this.
It seems I need to create a whole knew site but then I have to pay again.

You don't need to pay again. Just chose a template and import it.
Version 7.0 on Squarespace was brilliant and so easy to use for beginners or anyone else building a professional-looking website but now that version 7.1 has been released it has turned Squarespace into a complicated mess.
