Hey Jacob! Jerry with CGM here. Love the review video! A couple of quick notes for you and your followers:
We do have a return policy. 30 day try out (returned in like new condition) and a 1 year manufacturing defect. We put that in a more viewable place on the website based on your video.
The bridge is actually OPLUX which is adjustable on both sides. One side is a Prussic and the other is a Schwabich with tender for 1 handed operation. The Prussic on the bridge loop stays put (see @Madhunts Adventures review as well as others).
One point that may be helpful to include is what saddles are actually 3rd party tested and insured. That's something we get often.
Regarding the G hooks. We took several things into account. Testing results, ease of application, ability to remove under load and noise. The metal hooks out performed across the board (compared agianst aluminium hooks, frame buckles and adf/cobra buckles) the fact that they are low cost is a plus and that cost saving is reflected in the price.
Thanks for taking your time to provide folks your perspective!

Your paper analysis provided low scores for some of the most comfortable saddles I've owned and used. That's why it's nice if people can go to shows or stores and try saddles out. It's hard to get a "feel" for a saddle when just reading about it. I hope you're able to find a new saddle that fits your needs.
*The Hunt Arsenal Cloud is like hunting out of a hammock. Although I don't love the web-based bridge, its all-day comfort is hard to beat.
*The Overwatch Outdoors Transformer is like a favorite pair of jeans that just fits right every time. Where other saddles require multiple adjustments to dial in comfort, the Transformer automatically takes care of it with the auto-sliding webbing and D-loops.
*The Timber Ninja Black Belt Ultimate is everything you want in a saddle but aren't willing to pay for. The inside of the saddle is padded and I don't get any hip pinch. It is a saddle I reach for during all-day rut hunts, and I do mean all-day in one tree without getting down.
*I owned and sold the CGM Cobra. It's a good saddle and one of the best companies on your list, but I generally find two-panel saddles more comfortable than one-panel saddles.

That’s great! Glad you’ve had a great experience with those saddles and those respective companies. As I point out, like most folks, one can usually only go on specs and videos/pics when making decisions…hence my approach in this video. I do recommend folks go to the Mobile Hunter Expo…but also for them to know what they are looking for first…otherwise it can be overwhelming.
Thanks for the feedback and support. Best of luck this season!

you left out the best saddle on the market. The cruzr xc is the most comfortable saddle on the market!

Well, I had to pick one from each company so I left out probably 25 other saddles honestly. Glad you like it! Best of luck this season!

I run the Timber Ninja BlackBelt Ultimate ... Its expensive but a great saddle for me. its been fall protection tested ( OSHA's Fall Restraint Standards ) not sure if other saddles are? Some of their industry knowledge, quality control, where its made and independent testing I liked. Again not sure if other companies do that or not. Also the "mud flap" I don't use for my sticks but it holds my 45' of rappel rope rope perfectly for my walk in. The stick clips and platform clip is a nice to have but can be done with other saddles with simple methods. The saddle is extremely comfortable but claiming "its the most comfortable saddle on the market" is what everyone says about their saddle... Its a burned out comment like "Game changing".... The saddle/hip pockets are a little small and I've swapped them out and also modded a Kifaru Rogan to work as my back pocket (Plenty of room in that thing...LOVE LOVE LOVE the Rogan) ... Saddle does't sag in my normal 1-2 mile walk into the woods. I actually got turned around in the bottoms where I hunt this year. Ended up walking 8+ miles that day and the saddle didn't sag at all very impressed with how it stayed in place. I
Good video and you have a new sub from West Tennessee here...

Timber Ninja ultimate black belt & jx3 are my thoughts 💭

I’m sure the Timber Ninja is fine. I just feel it’s a bit overpriced for what it is.

pretty sure the yoke on the tethrd lockdown is removeable. if you don't want to wear it in early season it can be removed. great content! i am looking to begin saddle hunting next season. this was a very helpful video and fantastic spread sheet with great easy to understand info. thanks man.
