Hello everyone (*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡ yesterday, I had a really calm, slow, peaceful day. I make pancakes, did a whole bunch of writing and went to a cafe (to do some more writing).

Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing well 🌸 a few people in my last vlog said that they appreciated it when I explained the covid situation here (because in my videos, I'm going out and about, visiting cafes etc.). I live in Adelaide, Australia, which hasn't actually had a scare in a very, very long time--I can't actually remember when our last community transmitted case was. Our restaurants have been open for months. We've all been back at work for months. Just wanted to let you know in case any of you are feeling anxious. Hope wherever you are, you're taking care and looking after yourself. Hope you enjoy the video💛

More real-time write with me videos (without Q & A interruptions) PLEASE!! I often use the one by Ali Abdaal because he just takes us with him and he just writes. No Q & A breaks, etc. Just a nice writing session to really get some good work done.

Just recently found your channel and love the calm inspiration vibes. I don't know if you've done a video on this but what I have found hard to find are videos on the process of writing articles and pitching them to magazines--how to find submission guidelines, etc. If you'd be interested in sharing that journey and process, that would be amazing. Right now, with the changes these days, I'm wanting to explore that area of freelance writing on the side. ^_^

Like Stephen King says it: Plotting and writing them down is the best way to immortalise bad ideas. On the other hand, you have John Grissham, who says, that he never writes the first line of a book until he knows the last. As a pantser, I find this very confusing. Chasing the story is part of the thrill of writing it; discovering where to go as the characters grow. It's kind of like raising children for me: everything starts small and grows to, hopefully, be beautiful swans. Thanks for sharing!
I think Stephen King said that he doesn't write down every idea he has, not that he doesn't write down every plot. He says that an idea has to stick with him for a while, and then he will write it down.
@@Musicienne-DAB1995 King doesn't care much for plot. More so about characters. As for writing things down, he has stated that such is the best way to immortalise bad ideas.
Now, that there is food for thought! :-)
