Thank you so much for the time you take to prepare your videos and sharing detailed information. I purchased the Roland BN20A last November. I have a love/hate relationship with it. If I could do it over, I would not have purchased the BN20A. I will start with the positive... Roland Inks are top-notch with vibrant colors. Roland and Siser vinyl and media is top-notch. When the BN20A is left powered on it's self cleaning. The machine is low maintenance. My personal negatives.... The machine is super slow and takes many hours to complete a big job. A lot of material waste, so much excess vinyl and media that cannot be used after printing and cutting. After 1 year of use, I'm just learning that I can use versaworks to create cut lines rather than using 3rd party software. Roland support provides excellent tech support and very helpful at troubleshooting as long as your willing to pay $400.00 per year for the extended warranty. The actual machine is not portable it's much bigger than I thought it would be. Purchasing the stand was the way to go because this is not a tabletop machine. I will make this machine work and use it for specific jobs. I thought I had researched the BN20A thoroughly before purchasing watching video after video and reading as much that was available. This machine is not cost effective for my already successful small business. I will continue to use it because it will be difficult for me to sell it. Thank you for those who read this comment. This is my experience and opinion.

Great video! love the designs too! At the end of the video when it is printing; is it cutting too? Do you have to weed out all the designs? Love to learn about the process. Proud of you!

I just bought this printer.. Cut lines is big pain so far for me to add anything more then a circle or a square.. yes I had to buy computer to run this too. forget using a Mac with printer.. So far its a bit of a learning curve and decent printer I think taking some time to learn

Thanks for sharing! I have a quick question. Is there a way to adjust header off set amount when printing? The print always starts 3inches offset from the top and I feel it's a lot of waste. Thanks!

Got it. Thanks for the reply! Got one more question. Is there kiss cut and die cut settings I can download for different mediums? I'm trying various mediums such as removable and transparent. It's hard to take out stickers. Best.@@crystyle_atl

  • @jhonnyVerenzuela
