@@PIERS212 this is actually the pro Am class and most of the time the AM drivers start but in his car the PRO started so it isnt really fair but then in the second half of the race the AM driver is in the car vs all the PROs.
Home track? Aggressive driving, absolutely insane control and judgement calls, awesome job

There were times where I squinted my eyes because I expected the car to lose traction. Some of the changes of direction were so aggressive yet so smooth. Awesome driving and what a dance with the car!
This video alone has been more exiting than the last 2 seasons of formula 1

It’s because there’s actual racing here, not an hour and a half long conga line with 3 overtakes
Long _ 2019 has lots of great races and if you watched then you would know that. If you watch British gt or any other series in the world including formula 1 then there will be dull and exciting races

Great driving! Dive bombing right to the back bumpers of other drivers! He was able to gain so much ground by braking more so off other drivers rather than the corner itself! Perfect timing

That was fucking epic! It takes big balls to pass the competition by braking less before a corner, it looks like hes diving in the corners like a fucking maniac I love it!

GOD MODE! Just one more reason I love the paddle shifter, especially when your car is wicked fast and cutting through the technical spots of a track. Trying to 1 hand it through that those turns while shifting on an H pattern just isn't gong to be as fast. :)

It's like you're racing on Easy mode. How come most of your starts are at the back? No qualifying? You seem to be much faster than most guys but always seem to start at the back in these videos.

It's probably mostly because putting up a video where you start at a one or two grid position and run first the entire race would be boring. In this case he was back of grid because of a mechanical failure during qualifying.

Being raced by gentleman drivers older than Alex. Even he wasn't considered a 'pro' at this point, but certainly a lot better than the guys in the other cars at that point of the race.
