    I live in zone 7B in Alabama and keep my ZZ plant on the patio out of the sun, it bloomed trice last season and is thriving.

    hey I just got a ZZ plant today i'm in my room it is facing west so i got all afternoon sun is that good or no?

      Really depends were you are located. Sometimes it’s enough. They can tolerate lower lighting but will grow better on the brighter side.

    Mine are getting yellow and some yellowish or brownish on the tips.
    They don’t get direct sunlight, water every month, follow your instructions, but I’m not sure what’s going on?

      Are they in high indirect light or low light? Also, what do they roots look like are they solid or dark and squishy? Could be too much water.

      Interestingly enough, it could be either overwatering or underwatering. I would suggest to pay closer attention to the soil when you water it.
