Great video, just curious what model DSLR Canon and lens do you have. You never gave it. Its on the front of the camera and the lens will say something like 35-100. 👍

What software do you edit your videos in? You can do some digital image stabilization if you don't mind losing a little on the edges of the frame. Could just zoom out a little bit and let the software stabilize it.
If you want to move with a camera and get smooth motion, you'll need a stabilization gimbal but those can get pretty pricey for the kind that handle that size and weight of camera.
Thanks for the great information.. i use DaVinci resolve. And I have noticed the stabilization feature. I've tried it a couple times but I haven't had a chance to try it on the M50 camera footage. . I thought about a gimbal. Just not sure how long it would last in the dust.
@@GLifeUTV finding one with the right dust rating adds to the price tag too. I'll be interested to see if you get good results from the software stabilization. That's a good editor from what I hear, so I hope it's effective!

Good point on the Hero 8 Media mod....Been thinking about a big custom made aluminum "stick" to get those sick shots, with a triangle type brace.... I want that DJI mini drone as well, I just wish it could follow like the Skydio and could follow at 30-40mph, I know it will happen soon....
The skydio looks so good. It's been out for awhile tho. I wonder if they have a 3 in the works.. i thought about triangulating it but it becomes visible in the video.

I had the plastic lenses but after I wipe them off a couple times they start to get scratched up from the dust
Great video brother! You forgot to mention how long it takes to edit the 360 videos. That insta360 is probably going to be my next camera. I’m probably going to start shifting over to DJI action cameras. The GoPros sometimes lose data or stop recording. Super annoying. Damn you are a busy guy. Keep grinding brother!
Yes definitely takes a lot more steps with the 360 footage. I should of mentioned that😅. I purchased a insta360 and the osmo action 3.. yet to try them out yet

Great video. I was just looking into how to make our 10 have the mic hit us from the front and rear. We have the media package on our 10 but every time i turn the camera to something other than myself, the audio is hard to hear. May have to buy an 8 haha!
Try using the mics that came built in with the GoPro. I've tried them. They actually sound good
@@GLifeUTV unfortunately the stock mic is extremely horrid unless inside a room. Most of our content is outside. Hopefully they come up with something that will work on both sides soon!
