سلطة لسان العصفور
1 1/2 cup orzo pasta
كوب و نصف معكرونة لسان العصفور
1 tbsp vegetable oil
ملعقة كبيرة زيت نباتي
85 grams baby spinach
٨٥ غرام سبانخ
2 cucumbers
خيارتين
1 red bell pepper
حبة فلفل حلو احمر
1 large red onion
حبة بصل احمر
About a cup of cherry tomatoes
بحدود كوب بندورة كرزية
1 cup of olives about 200 grams
كوب زيتون بحدود ٢٠٠ غرام

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
ثلث كوب زيت زيتون
3 lemons
٣ حبات ليمون
2 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
ملعقتين كبار خل الرز أو خل ابيض
1 tsp sumac (optional)
ملعقة صغيرة سماق
1 tsp dried basil
ملعقة صغيرة ريحان ناشف
1 tsp salt (to your liking)
ملعقة صغيرة ملح (حسب رغبتكم)
1/2 tsp black pepper
نصف ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
1 cup feta cheese
كوب جبنة فيتا
