You probably had a general clonic seizure where all of your limbs were spasming out of control in a violent manner. It looks like Liv here has a slightly less intense one. Well acted, and they do a good job of highlighting that not all seizures are the typical limbs flailing everywhere. I am sorry you suffered a seizure, but please don't get into the frame of thinking that yours is the only "real" seizure and everything else is fake or badly acted. I'll say it again - there are plenty of different types. And some do look like Liv's.
