- One of Nightcrawler's most notable resurrections occurred during the "Second Coming" storyline, where he sacrificed his life to save Hope Summers, the so-called "Mutant Messiah." Honestly it's the most ridiculous writing point that mystique and Hazazel would reject nightcrawler for his appearance.
Mystique was married to a German lord and had an affair with Azazel and got pregnant by him. When she was giving birth her powers gave out from the pain. She changed back,Kurt was born looking the way he does. They got chased out by the town as demons. Mystique dropped Kurt off a cliff in a river so she could get away. Azazel was long gone. People should give extra little details like that.

Honestly one of the only truly great Religious superhero’s, I can’t think of anyone who is more loving accepting and forgiving than Kurt, he’s a great exemplar of Christian based heroes.
Daredevil is good as well, though he isn’t the best role model in terms of lust and stuff

God knew we were wack, but He decided He was still come down and help us, despite our unfaithfulness. most relationships (like friendships, romantic relationships) aren't like this. Very few, but not a whole lot.

The Bible explains how that happened. In the book of Joshua, Joshua asked the sun to stop so he and the Israelites could defeat their enemies. Then in 2 Kings, King Hezekiah learned he was dying, and pleaded to God to not let him die. God sent a prophet to king hezekiah who said hezekiah would live. Hezekiah wanted a sign, and that would be for the sun to defy the law of inertia and go back 10 degrees. NASA confirmed it and did the math (look it up for more info).
We also found Jesus' blood on the Ark of the Covenant which had 23 x chromosomes and 1 Y chromosome. This shows that He was born of a virgin (Mary) and God the Father is His Father.
The Holy Spirit exists. I was a slave to s3xual sin for 7-ish d@mn years. Finally at 16, God freed me. Also, look up John Gabbana's (boonk gang) testimony. Dude did a lot of wacky stuff. He's changed now.
also, the soul exists. someone i know (i won't say who- privacy reasons) saw their soul leaving their body. like pulling off a band-aid, except it doesn't hurt.
Here’s the physical evidence of Jesus and His Resurrection:
1) No persecution would have started if He hadn’t come back (the disciples thought Jesus would never resurrect)
2) The Roman soldiers would have paid with their lives if they failed at their jobs
3) there was a 2-4 ton rock that 11-12 guys would have to move (they didn’t have any help. Everyone said “crucify Him”) major L to those opposed to Jesus
4) there was a Roman seal which was a metal pin that sealed the tomb stone
5) Stealing the Jesus’s body isn’t something the disciples would do (besides Judas. Although he hung himself after feeling remorse for betraying Jesus).
6) the disciples wouldn’t die for what they knew would be a lie. (The lie being Jesus never made the ultimate comeback)

A tragic yet funny character who always puts others first
Night Crawler was always the coolest X Man to me. Along with Gambit, and of course, Wolverine. The design along with the powers, and his character in one of the X Men animated shows, really cemented everything for me.
Those three were always my favorite X-Men as a kid too. They had the coolest powers I thought Gambit was underused. Too bad we never got that solo film and he was only on one X-Men move for a short time.
This isnt completely accurate, the circus only liked kurt when he was preforming but as soon as the gig was over and pretty much anytime he wasn't doing flips for entertainment he was shuned and outcasted by everyone including the circus. It wasnt until he was taken in by the monks and taught the ways of Christianity that nightcrawler truley was happy and felt safe

Yeah. That’s what I loved about him as a character. He chose to be a man of God despite how people treated him for his looks and in more ways than one, he showed his humanity through his faith. He even led wolverine back to God in the X Men tv series.
And one of the gentlest souls in x-men yet strong in his convictions. What could others in-universe really say? He walked the walk and had scorn every day but chose the path of Christ instead of bitterness
As a kid, Nightcrawler was one of my favorite superheroes, period.
He was kind to his friends and had a warm demeanor in general, despite his monster-like appearance. Him and Beast shared that quality, something about that always drew me in…
This was the same time period where Spawn was on the come-up, so comics felt grittier and scarier than usual.
Nightcrawler was a kind of a relief from that I guess.

It would be awesome to see a solo Nightcrawler film where he's wearing his iconic suit or maybe a modernized version that stays true to the classic. Seeing Hugh Jackman in his classic yellow suit in the upcoming Deadpool 3 gives me hope.
I also think they could do a film that centers around the circus he grew up in, giving us a better perspective of the people that took him in and embraced his mutant side. As he gets older, the story could shift from the circus to Nightcrawlers personal growth and him eventually joining the xmen

Dude, there’s like 4 different versions of who nightcrawler’s parents are, and all of them share Mystique.
Here’s hoping he’s a hit in the MCU. I hope they portray him as fun loving and charismatic along with the darkness he carries with him. X2 was good but it was a very dark portrayal and one of the things I love about Nightcrawler is he actually has a lightness to him as well.

Abandoned by a mother who is the source of the child's blue color. Dunno how she got with a demon but heck it's great it made the kid a devout Catholic. 👍
I really like the dichotomy of Nightcrawler looking like a demon but actually being really positive and Christian, kind of the same reason I like how beast looks like an animal but is an accomplished academic and genius

Nightcrawler isn't half demon tho since Azazel is very much a mutant.

@@dbears1603 Azazel's situation with that dimension is closer to Magik's with her own (Limbo) :
Both are mutants who rule over a specific place they're not native to because they are the most powerful magic users there. No demonic attribute is involved.
The biggest difference between Azazel and Illyana tho is that while she was kidnapped as a child and couldn't leave until she gained enough magical knowledge to escape, he was locked up in the Brimstone Dimension as an adult with a lot of magical knowledge and couldn't leave due to a man- made seal on the dimension itself which requires specific things to break.
The reason he can only leave his (temporarily) is because of his very own mutant ability to teleport.

Robin is from DC comics and Nightcrawler is from Marvel comics. Two different universes, so no they would never encounter each other.
Different franchises but now I wonder how cool it would be for them to team up. Lots of acrobatics from both of them. Dick has the intellect, gadgets, training from Bruce and hand to hand fighting ability. Kurt has the swordplay and teleportation. They both would do well together I feel, especially in the shadows
