When it comes to punters being picked up, how much does holding come into the equation? Do you get a chance to practice holding much? I imagine without a decent long snapper that skill is hard to replicate.

stretching is amazing... and there are places like massage places that do stretch sessions and its worth their weight in gold just to learn some stretches and get some help but being flexible changes everything.

I worked in 2 grocery stores for 8 years,and made lots of friends. You're always busy, it's inside, and you won't starve.Get on the stock crew!
I play football 🏈 and for our stretches for cardio we do high knees then high kicks then butt kick then side shuffle/karaoke then sprint. For regular stretch stand and spread legs and lean left/right we count 123, 1, 123,2 etc all to 10 the. Get on ground spread legs touch leftabd right toes same count then stay down right leg back then switch to left back same count. But we do the regular stretch before the cardio. Then just do basic football stuff like o line line up VS dline but most of us play defense and offense. Btw love you vids
